Bootcamp wise. what would you guys suggest that i have to do to prepare myself for bootcamp. plus i have a knee issu although its not bothering me as much but i jsut want to be really ready physically for bootcamp so it will eb a breeze. please tell me or create a set of exrcises for me. thank you and happy newyear
Look up "your body is a barbell" by Alwyn Cosgrove.
For boot camp be sure to be strong in pushups, lunges, squats, jump squats and have a good core. They're going to push you, so the stronger you are going in the better. Don't focus so much on losing weight, that will come off as you build muscle and in boot camp. Right now focus on getting stronger, so boot camp won't seem quite as bad. Good luck.
