The pectorals (chest) muscles are much larger and stronger that the shoulder muscles and triceps. In the beginning you will need to let the shoulders and triceps catch up with the naturally stronger chest muscles.

Two months is too soon to pass judgement. I would venture to guess that after 6 months things will even out a good bit.

Don't worry about this at all.

Try the pre-exhaustion principle (isolation movement followed by compound move). Do flys or pec deck first immediately followed by bench press. Note, you don't have to feel of get a good burn to get results. Not everyone's sensory nerves are wired the same.

You could try some Cable crossovers.

They areone of my favorite chest exercises

In my opinion beginners should limit themselves to one (1) primary exercise and one (1) secondary exercise per body part. More experienced lifters can add a 2nd secondary exercise. Tertiary exercises are for advanced lifters.

Bench presses are your primary exercises for the chest.

Good secondary exercises are:

Incline benches
Cable crossovers, pec deck, (or if neither of these machines are available, flies).
