Can anyone give me some suggestions on some good range of motion exercises that I can do?
I have been feeling like mine has been reduced a little lately.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I do these exercises except for the cleans.
I noticed that I am feeling a lot stiffer than usual. Its hard for me to grab my seat belt when i am in a car, I have push my elbow with my other hand to reach it as an example. It just feels my range of motion in my arms and legs has be decreasing. I don’t think I am to big I know that’s not the case. Perhaps its a lack of stretching and getting older.
I was just wondering if any of you guys had some examples of full range of motion exercises that might help. Like Arnold press instead of shoulder press for example.
perhaps a few weeks of lighter lifting concentrating on getting the full range in and working on stretching more might be the answer.

I don’t think it’s serious I am not in any pain or anything. I would just like to be a little more flexible and a little less ridged.
