Maybe need to explain more.. Arms crossed holding bar in front of you shoulder high.... whats the difference between this, and regular squats.. Nobody here knows if this targets anything different the a regular squat.. ???? ALLLLLRIGHTY then.. Thanks anyway..
back squats - allow you to sit back more so can emphasie more glutes and hams along with quads
front squats - the load is shifted to the front so all quads here and a good core workout too..the great thing here is that it limits spinal compression unlike back squats
both great but i'd probably cycle one in and one out of your programs
