Hello Everyone,
My name is Ben! Im 26 yrs old and a pretty chubby guy! Ive been pretty chubby for the past 10 yrs and it hasnt really bothered me much. Ive always been very easy to joke with about my weight and have never took much offense or thought when people liked to poke fun. Ive always had projects and stuff to do that kept me busy that I never really focused on my weight. Well I finished my last project so I decided I want my next project to be myself and start working on that.
Im doing a video series over the next 16 weeks documenting my weight loss.
I started out just tracking what I was eating and portion control. Then I joined a gym at the beginning of this month and started working out everyday and sometimes twice a day! My body feels amazing. I have so much more energy that I dont need to drink very much if any caffeine to get me going in the morning.
