Thanks everyone for the great support! I have finally started switching to a weight lifting set up and am cutting down the amount of cardio I do. I have gained a few pounds back, but that is either muscle or just because of the amount of cardio I no longer do. I feel great and I know I am going to get to where I want to be. I will be FIT!

Keep you chin up mate. Belief is everything and if you believe you are important enough, you'll stick at it and increase your own personal worth and value, by effecting change for the long-term.

You deserve better wellbeing, but it comes with a cost, which is effort and consistency. I don't doubt you'll do it, but just learn to be patient obviously and learn from, (but not be hard on yourself for), any mistakes you make.

Thanks everyone for the support and motivation. I am finding it hard to keep up with the gym and school though lol. Gotta focus and figure out time for both. I will be sure to keep people updated.
