You look great! I joined yesterday, and started to check out some information, and your photos are the first things that I decided to check out! My trouble area is my stomach, and I noticed that it appears that most of your weigh come from you abdominal area, how did you manage to accomplish that?! What kinds of things did you eat, what kind of exercises did you do, and what, if any, vitamins or supplements did you take? How long did it take for you to lose the weight?
