i just joined today. you look great. ive tried to loose weight my entire life. when i was younger i didnt really know how. i would just eat mints all day not knowing i was putting pure sugar that was only going to make me bigger and more unhealthy. now i know a little more about what i should eat. walked 4 miles last night, going to try to do the same today. i would love to try insanity but i have a bad back L5 and S1 on both sides so im scared to do any thing to intense because of making it start hurting like it did. i have to take pain meds to keep pain under control. i have sugar, high col,high trig,high blood pressure and now i have low mag, that is prob why i hurt all over sometimes worse then others. but i have to do this for my health. do you think hip hop abs would be good to do being that shawn t is in both videos? im sure its not that intense but i am beginning. and again you look really good. your a good inspiration to me. i would like to know if you have any weight loss info that you could give me to help me loose the most weight possible so i can see the weight loss to keep me motivated. and one more question do you still eat pizza and or fast food or did you cut it all out and go cold turkey? thanks so much kim
