thnx thnx for your suggestion but i afraid about eating a protein and a i see good body with good food (not protein drink)
I take protein shakes and they're safe to use (though some do taste aweful ). You can try increasing your protein intake just by eating food like chicken breasts, turkey, beef etc.
Also, the reason I suggest increasing your protein is that if you do decide to go on a bulk (increase your calorie consumption) then you will need more protein to build the muscle.
