My Weight Loss to Date.....Just over 1 year

Hey everyone! This is my first post and was inspired by everyone else's pictures I thought I would post my own (something I would of dreaded 1 year ago)

Im 21 years old and from Western Australia Before I started my fitness obsession I was 110kgs and hated life. Now Im down to 77kgs and pushing for more. I really need to tone my stomach cause its in a horrible state from the previous weight.

I no longer drink alcohol or any 'processed' and other wise unhealthy foods. I love fresh food and only eat nothing but the healthiest options! Ill learnt to love healthy food and no longer crave rubbish, I also exercise for at least 1 hour a day/6 days a week. I do weights 3 times a week. I used to drink energy drinks at least twice a day.....now the only liquid I drink is water, usually about 5 litres a day!

Now I spend all my free time outside, at the beach or music festivals.....I love being active, It puts you in a great frame of mind.

Anyway here are my before and after shots.....there are not many before shots because I hated photos. Please tell me what you think.

You have a right to be proud of yourself and you're a very good rolemodel to others, because you wanted to change and believed in it.

Many want it but don't believe enough, or don't persevere enough. Maybe you found the right way(s), from the off, but maybe you had to experiment with the process time and again, but either way, good on you, because that's a seriously significant change for you and 33kg's (72.2lbs), is no mean feat .

I also noticed you're one of those with the rather large earlobe holes. I've often wondered what that's like when the wind blows. Does it tickle or something

Lesplease....those Hurley shirts are my favourite!! But im having to re-build my collection to substantially smaller ones hahahaha

Boss Man.....my ears are at a 1/2" (12mm) hole and normally I have nice lady like wooden plugs in there but obviously I forgot for the photo.....funny you mention it because when Im riding my bike (and wearing tunnels and not plugs) into a head wind they make the most irritating whistle noise you could imagine

Up-date: I now have a personal trainer to push me a little bit harder then I would myself and this should start helping me tone up! Heres a pic of me going out the other night.....my friends almost fell over when they saw me in a dress! Im a bit of a tom-boy.





And Ive had a proper look around the forums and youll all be seeing me a lot more.

I just wanted to say as well, that your transformation has really highlighted what a beautiful young Lady you are, but then your attitude to people kind of gives that away .

I hope you had a good time. I think you've earned the right to go out sometimes and be happy and I think you can become someone that is a positive rolemodel to others, so I look forward to whatever insights, advice or general community spirit you want to offer, because I know you'll be another unique personality, with productive things to give the community .

I jumped on the scales today (after a 2 month plateau) and im down to 75.7kgs!! Its not a drastic difference but when you havnt lost any for so long then every gram counts hahaha
