That's good for a guy of your age, even tough I confess to not ever seeing a lot of 61 year old bare torsos before, so I'm going by what I see, rather than basing it on anything comparable .

It's good to see that you're still trying to make the most of your life at that age, so be proud of yourself, because it's clearly working.

Incidentally, do you have any minor recurrent issues, like with the Knees, Hips, fingers etc?
