Thanks for your congrats Luiz06! I entered Sarah's 12 week bikini challenge she was having and I could go on and on about how great she is. She really helped me develop a great meal plan and workout routine that was suitable for my needs. I worked with her via the interent. My goal was to attempt my first triathlon at age 39! She was always available by e-mail to answer any questions and has great motivational thoughts for her clients. My favorite was..."slow and steady wins the race". Nothing happens overnight and although Sarah can give you the map and tools, you must do the work. If you want it bad enough, you can accomplish anything. It's all about knowing you can do it and setting your mind in the right frame. Thanks to Sarah, I am now pursuing a new endeavor which will be entering a figure competition next year. Currently, I have hired a personal trainer that lives closer to me as that is best for my needs now. But I always have Sarah to thank for kick starting me in the right direction. Good luck to you and all your endeavors! God Bless;)

GOOD LUCK. A competition would be the ultimate end to an amazing journey for you, and possibly a new start to something else.

Yes you should be proud of all your effort. You made some beautiful changes, and I think you'll be a great competitor, and in my eyes, if you could prep, compete, and get placed, you could call yourself an athlete, whatever happens.

Your ana amazing person Boopster, you deserve to feel so proud of yourself.

Thank you for your kind words Boss Man! I am looking forward to my new journey. There will be many challenges for me but I am very driven when it comes to goal I would like to achieve. I'm very lucky to have the support I do from my family and all my web buddies. Hopefully my children will see how important it is maintaining a healthy lifestyle. When that is accomplished, I will consider myself a true athlete as my children mean everything to me. I'll be sure to keep you all posted on my continuing progress. You all are the best  God Bless!
