Hello all. I'm new to this forum and I'm posting here to keep track and hoping to get some great advices from everyone.
I've been working out but I've let myself go in july 08 after a vacation
Now I'm attempting to get back on to dieting/working out.
I'm 5'10 and I weigh 175lbs right now. I'm attempting to lose down to 165lbs in 30 days. or convert it to muscle weight at least :T
Ive been on many diets and they do work but they all got negative side to it. not enough calories, restriction on food, time, etc etc
So I came up with method I used in like june and it did work great so I'm gon attempt one more time to see if it really works. I'm going to give 30 days to achieve my goal weight
