Thanks... But I only ate half of my bagel because I didn't have time to finish it...
I try to eat a nice big breakfast and lunch is when I try to split it so I can have the other half for snacks!
That way, I split the calories and I don't have to spend $$ for extra meal... hehehehe

6:30AM – Green tea decaf
9:00AM – Oatmeal, hard boiled eggs x 2, green tea decaf
12:00PM – Zumba – 45mins
1:30PM – Green salad, chicken breast, salt & pepper

Thanks Becky, I’m better today. I’m not going to drink coffee for the next few days. I noticed I do drink a lot of coffee even though I also drink a lot of water but I don’t want my body to depend much on it so I’m going to drink hot tea decaf for the next few days until I feel like I want some coffee again not because I need it. :)

03.09.10
7:00AM – Wheat bagel, Light cream cheese, green tea decaf
9:30AM – Brown rice, hicken katus & spicy curry ¼ (Finishing up leftovers)
12:00PM – Kick Boxing (45mins)
1:30PM – Wheat tuna sandwich & side of green salad
4:00PM – Hard boiled egg whites x 3
7:30PM – TBA

Not sure for dinner because I think we will be going out. Most likely, I’ll get side salad with no dressing and its either fish or chicken breast. My body is really sore from Wednesday night workout. I think I over did it, now I feel the pain of my aching back, legs, arms and shoulders.

I have my bridal shower this weekend… I didn’t plan any of it. My girls planned and organized it all. My job was to relax, be there and enjoy having fun with them!

Have a good weekend all.

I didn't get salad & chicken. I actually had meatloaf & extra steam veggies.
I asked the waiter to replace my mash potatoes for extra veggies.

03.12.12
6:30PM – Black coffee, banana
9:30PM – Oatmeal, grilled chicken
12:00PM – Pork sandwich 1/2, Strawberries 1c
2:30PM– Pork sandwich 1/2
5:00PM – Weights 45mins/Kick Boxing 25mins – Protein shake
7:30PM – Thai beef, green salad

It was a tiring weekend especially with Day light saving... OMG, I couldn’t even get up for work! We had back to back errands and events but we accomplished all. I’m so excited my braces will be off this FRIDAY!!!

My bridal shower went ok. Diet went well. I don’t know how but I got cuts somewhere on my tongue & gums so it prevented me from eating much. It really stings when I'm eating or drinking something!! Lucky me, my girlfriends did not force me to drink. I only sipped on dessert wine when we were toasting. Other than that… I did not mess up my diet. Maybe I did had less veggies and little more rice and meat than usual… ... Back on to being strict and working out hard. Will post Body frame pix for this month soon! :)

I'm not fond of potatoes, but I do eat them once in awhile. I do like sweet potatoes and yam.
We all have our love.. Like, RICE. I love my rice like you love your potatoes :P

I have to leave work early for a doc’s appt and will have dinner with my girlfriends since I’m still in the city. I get to pick where to eat so I picked the Mall’s food court. That way, we have variety and I’ll go grab my salad:wink:
Ugh.. I’m glad we have rain because we need it but man, I just hate getting wet!
We will take our Engagement picture next Thursday and I really hope it’s not raining that day because it’s outside. :?

03.14.12
6:30AM – Black coffee, fruit salad ¼ c, crackers x 5
9:00AM – Oatmeal & eggs 1c
11:30AM – Chicken noodle soup, orange, tea
2:30PM – Ground pork & crackers x 5
6:00PM – Smoked salmon & spinach, tea

The weather is gloomy and it’s raining really hard. I was walking in the rain all cold and wet. I feel a bit sick so I won’t be going to the gym during lunch. I don’t want to get caught in the cold & wet weather. However, I will workout tonight at home doing both weights & cardio. I’m not in the mood to workout but I will force myself. At the moment, I’m a bit off or should I say down… I don’t have the motivation to work out and just want to pig out on junk food. I know I’m just a bit negative due to excessive stress and other people negativity. I know better NOT to sabotage my diet & pig out. I just feel like it but I will NOT do it. Man, this whole week is nothing but rain & gloomy weather. SIGH ….. Bummer!

It's the opposite here this whole week. It's 70's and let me tell you it's quite unusal for march weather!

Hope you feel better!! I know you got a lot of stuff going on. It's understandable! You are doing so awesome with your workouts and diet! You are 6 weeks away from your wedding! So stick with it girlfriend! :)

9:30AM – Ground pork, crackers x 10

I’m better today. Not sure what happen to me yesterday. I think it was the weather that made me feel all dark. Even though it’s still raining and cold today - I’m ok. I’ll try my best to be positive and enjoy every moment of my life. Life is short and I know we all have our own problems & struggles. I surely do not want to waste my life on any sickness that I can prevent by being healthy & fit. I also don’t want to waste my life with work & unnecessary stress. I want to live long and happy for myself & for my future. I need to love myself more and take care of myself better. Workout & eating healthier is good but I need to work on my inner self. Every day I post, I will post one thing I love. It doesn’t matter what it is… but I will love and sincerely be happy with it. Starting now…

I love my morning black coffee! – Although I limited to 1 cup or maybe 2 a day, I love the bitter taste of it. I really do enjoy it!

I don't know how anybody can drink and love coffee! It's very true Nokie though! Life is short and why waste your life being negative if you can prevent it if at all possible!! Did you see my team hoyt video on you tube? That father is amazing! What love and determination he had for his son. It's so uplifting and inspirational. You should watch!

I know how you feel though. I think it all goes together not only working out and eating healthier but like you said inner happiness as well! I think it's a great idea! My dog. I love my dog, she sweet, gentle and one of my best friends. :)

That's great to hear.. I know you spent a lot of time with her... :)

03.15.12
6:30AM – Black coffee, fruit salad 1c
9:30AM – Crackers x 10, ground pork
12:00PM – Tuna sandwich, side salad – no dressing
5:00PM – Chicken & Green beans, tea
8:30PM – Protein shake

I’m not going to workout today. I’m giving myself a day off and also my body. I’m really sore from the other day when I was forcing myself to work out… Man, I worked out hard! I’ll do Kick Boxing tomorrow morning before I go to the florist shop & make my orders for the wedding.

Besides going to Groupon and Living Social to get discounted deals, I also go to other website and purchase deals around the city. I found a deal for $80 I get 6 sessions of 30mins with a personal trainer. I noticed in her blog she took pictures that look like my work building gym! It would be AWESOME if we workout downstairs during lunch time when I’m NOT doing kick boxing. It will help change my workout a bit more! I’m not sure how it’s going to turn out but I already sent her an email this morning…. Like 6:30AM… LOL… I got a bit excited!

I love today… No matter how dark it looks and how hard it’s raining… It’s a beautiful day knowing I’ll get my braces OFF in a couple of hours!! I’m leaving work early so I can take them off & do some nice cleaning!!!

Have a good weekend all :)

Congrats on getting your braces off! You're going to feel so much more comfortable. Great deal on the trainer by the way - that's like 6 sessions for the price of 1.

There are so many things to feel grateful for, and to appreciate about life. It's nice to remind yourself of the things in your life that you love :) Sometimes weight loss feels like a vacuum, it becomes the main thing we think about. It's good to keep it in perspective.
