I eat Weetabix. Outstanding brand, fortified with B Vits and Iron, and a Wheat, Barley mix, so good for Beta-glucan as well.

I eat large ones though, as explained, compared to the minis, it's easier to track consumption.

You've got some good choices there though.

How exactly is it easier to track consumption with larger wheatabix as opposed to the minis?

Cos you can count a big wheatbix. I can't get past 10, so mini wheatabix can be tough ):

Ohh. One serving of mini wheatabix is 1 cup, so I just pour them into a measuring cup and they fit perfectly :P

Todays meals were as follows:

6:30-Musclemilk and a bowl of wheatabix
9:15-Pepperloaf sandwich on ww bread with cheese and mustard(had no lettuce cut up, I cut a whole head of romaine an hour ago:)), water
12:30-(I was sent home from school, wasn't feeling well but I took a nap and woke up feeling like superman)PBnJ sandwich, watermelon yogurt, water
3:30-Tuna sandwich on ww bread with cheese, banana, water
6:30-Lean cube steak with salsa, steam brocc, Tri-Color Ruffle macaroni(tomato, spinach, and regular mac), medium-sized romaine lettuce salad with carrots and lite italian dressing
9:30-Will be having post-w/o shake with half a banana, peanut butter, and 1 scoop choc protein powder(possibly some milk)

And tomorrow's meals are:

6:30-Musclemilk, bowl of wheatabix, banana
9:30-Pepperloaf sandwich on ww bread, some of those tri-color ruffles w/ italian dressing on them, cantaloupe yogurt, water
12:30-Beef jerky, lf cheese stick, carrot sticks
3:30-Same as above
6:30-Chicken breast with salsa, mashed potato, medium-sized romain lettuce salad with carrot sticks and italian dressing

I find I'm getting hungry-ish about an hour after some meals, is this me not eating enough for the meal, or is it my metabolism speeding up?

That protein shake seems kinda..small though. It barely fits into my "shake cup" While my previous shake filled the entire thing. Rawr >.<
