Losing it in Georgia!

Postby Dying2Bthin » Mon Jun 21, 2010 9:58 am

Good Morning all! Today is my 1st day. I weighed 182 this morning. Yuck  . I'm thinking that 130 will be a good weight for me. I am 5'5 and 31 year old female.

Well i got up at 5:00am and ran on the treadmill. 3 miles 38 mins.... then i had a protein shake. (syntha 6 protein) made with 12 ounces of 2% milk.... I am now at work and have taken my vitamins and had a mid morning snack. 1/2 package of salted Peanuts... and a Coke Zero...

well i just had lunch.. i had a Peanut butter and jelly sandwich with some Harvest cheddar sunchips... and water... Yum.

i got off of work a little late. rushed to pick kids up from my moms house. came home changed clothes only to rush off to the YMCA for Zumba... my 1st class. it was fun... i am not really feeling like i worked out though...

i had a bologna and cheese sandwich and baked lays doritos. with water....

now i am very tired and ready for bed... lol

hope i can do just as good tomorrow as i did today..

Mix Protein shakes with Water.

Milk increase viscocity, calories, Casein content and Enzymatic reactiobns, as the body will produce Lactase, to digest the Galactose in the Lactose Disaccharide.

The only slight benefit is the Lactose, which would help to synthesise the Protein by assisting with an Insulin Spike.

If you have taste issues, mix a bit of Honey, Cinnamon, Vanilla Essence, ground Ginger or Ground Nutmeg in. If your powder is low Carb, mix in some Crushed oats or something like that, to add some Carbs.

As for your meals, your half a pack of Salted Peanuts and Coke Zero, looks like a bit of a low calorie snack, so if you're regularly skimping on calories and undereating a bit, you'll find it hard to shift fat, even though you're exercising.

What do you eat during the day and what times do you eat?
