Diet help !

Hey
i want a good diet that can make me loss whight
i'm 16 years old i whight 70 kg and my goal is 65 kg
i was 75 kg and then i lost 5 kg but i just can't loss more i've done everything i can and it's not working
plz help

ok

at 9:00 am i eat one egg white with whole wheat bread

at 11:00 am i eat fruit salad or some vegetables

at 2:00 pm i eat lunch usualy chiken brest or somthing made in the oven

at 8:00 pm i eat fruit salad or some vegetables

i drink from 2-3 litters of water every day

and i walk 20 minuts every morning and go to the do some excrices at the afternon

Okya, firstly you rcalories are too low.

(I'd amend this to 3 Whites and a Yolk, plus another slice of Bread)

(Include something else with this like Veggies, including Fruits like Peppers, Cucumber, Aubergine, (Eggplant) and Tomato and could include something like a few Nuts as well, or something like Olive Oil, Sesame Oil, Peanut Oil etc, for fat if you wish. Some of these have average heat stability / smoke point, so it's better if you choose one to add after cooking not during, in my opinion.)

(Eat something else here around 5PM if possible, like Flesh or Poultry, with something like Veggies, Legumes, or mix and match so small portion of Flesh or Poultry, small portion of Legumes, Rice or Mushrooms and some Veg.

These could include Chicken and Broccoli, Sitr-Frys, Pork and mixed Veg etc)

(I'd include something else here like a bit of Turkey, Chicken etc and keep the Vegetables, with the possible fruit options listed earlier if desired, instead of Fruit salad.)

Also a small note. If you consume Fish, limit it due to the heavy metals. Things like Salmon and Tilapia are okay for daily portions, at say 100g per day in total, but for things like Tuna, no more than 3x a week.

I think he just meant if you do consume fish, not that you have to consume fish! :) And if you do you want to eat it, you need to limit the amount of fish you eat. But since you don't sound like you like to eat fish. I don't think that will be a problem. :)

Yes. I gave that comment about heavy metals in Fish as a caution, not a direction to start consuming Fish.

So if you don't like Fish, ignore the comment :). Just that one mind, not the rest of what I wrote :wink:

As bossman suggested, that is absolutely perfect diet for you. I think you are increasing more calories, so don't forget to exercise more or else you may become fat.
