i want a good diet that can make me loss whight
i'm 16 years old i whight 70 kg and my goal is 65 kg
i was 75 kg and then i lost 5 kg but i just can't loss more i've done everything i can and it's not working
plz help

These could include Chicken and Broccoli, Sitr-Frys, Pork and mixed Veg etc)
at 8:00 pm i eat fruit salad or some vegetables
(I'd include something else here like a bit of Turkey, Chicken etc and keep the Vegetables, with the possible fruit options listed earlier if desired, instead of Fruit salad.)
i drink from 2-3 litters of water every day
and i walk 20 minuts every morning and go to the do some excrices at the afternon[/b]
