I decided to check what I'm eating to make sure I'm eating enough and not too much and all that. c: I feel like it will help me get back into the swing of eating better. c: I need to get back into working out as well.

The site says that my calories are split between protein-carbs-fat as 27%-45%-28%
Not too bad, clearly I could eat a little more and get a little more protein and a little less carbs.
