You start with a small target, then when you've gotten used to that for about 2 weeks and it happens every day when it's supposed to without fail, then move on to the Lunch and make that a set time every day for 2 weeks, then after 4 weeks you'll be solid and committed to 2 meals a day. Ten pick another goal like one snack, or some light walking.

The fact is it's not a race, its about obtaining the results, in a healthy and safe way and believing that however long it takes it WILL happen.

When do you go back to school?
MissJenaKay wrote:Haha, I told you, I like walks if I have someone to walk with, so walks with my mom and dogs is fine. As for the dancing and yoga, the dancing is much more fun than the yoga, but the yoga provides me with a more interesting way to stretch and whatnot. We have digital cable with Time Warner here, so I've got around 2000 channels. I watch 3 shows. Lol. I do however love the On Demand channels.
I go back to school around the 1st of September
musculargirl wrote:2000 channels!I would love it although i don't watch tv that much. You got to tell me can you find something to watch when you have 2000 channels, i always feel like there isin't much on??
Sounds like you have a month to workout and focus on your diet before hitting the books!

MissJenaKay wrote:6g is 6000mg right?? So I'm fine with 2500-3000mg right??

That's the best kind of friend to have! As long as they are supportive and encouraging they challenge you to keep going.
