so i have managed to stay on track with my workouts, but not so much on the diet side. although i eat healthy i usually end up adding more food than necessary(binge eating) healthy or unhealthy. i came to this decsion just now, to write down a diet journal so i an see what i do wrong. not only that but i could use the motivation, if i achieve something like completing my planned meals without unplanned additions, im usually satisfied and in a better mood to hit the books (another issue im having now) and not procastinate as much. this is turning out to be more than a diet journal.
I will do this for one month and take some pics.
my planned meals for today are (todays b/c its 1 AM, i was doing homework =/)...

(check)*1 cup of Kashi Honey Almond Cereal (200 cals) + 2% milk + apple + Multivitamin
(check)*1 apple + south beach prtein bar (140 cals)
(check)*chicken breast + brocolli + peppers + tomatoes + piece of bread (from the bakery, its white but it only has like 5-7 ingridient unlike most breads)

i ate everything accordingly except my lunch, for which i had clam chowder and it was arround 300-400 cal but....
i went out with my friends and got back home really late and then munched on what was around =/

i did not eat balanced meals but i didnt exceed the calories neither, as matter of fact i was starting to get nauseaus because i hadnt eaten; so i ate,buuut i went out with my girlfriend and had a slice of pizza, and then i had another which i shared with her, we also had some chocolate candy bars, which we shared.
***summary of the week
i had some not so good days =( but i can only keep trying and trying... until i reach my goal because this is something i want!
