starting over but you have to start somewhere

Postby skyflier » Fri May 13, 2011 5:13 pm

i was going to start my workouts this week but totally locked my low back up last weekend and needed to give it a few to just move normal again. I have been eating a hell of allot better then i had for the last ummmmmmm wow 21 years....... crap. so my decline with food started when i was in my senior year in high school plus to top it off they didn't require PE my senior year and why would i want to exercise when i could take shop? wow they choices i have made over the years sucks. But now i see all my mistakes and changing them. a little hard to change after years of sitting down in front of the TV with a bag of cookies and whipping out 15-20 a night..... well not only am i stopping all the crap eating to loose weight but i have to do it for my ADHD....... who knew that you eat sugar and you become an asshole????????? finally after years of not knowing why i have anger and outbursts i can really pin point it to sugar. SUGAR+ME=ASSHOLE........ the simplest math formula i have ever seen but the hardest to figure out and everyday the hardest to follow...... thx for listen/reading my whinning

Good luck to you :).

It's going to be a difficult task, but as long as you keep believing in yourself you will have a good chance of making it work for you.

When you say Sugar is the problem does this mean just things like refined Sugar in things like Cakes, Biscuits, Doughnuts etc, or does it include things like Fructose in Fruit, Lactose and other simple sugars?

Try low Fat Cheese instead of Cottage Cheese. It generally has per same sized portion a better Protein ratio and more good fat and less bad fat, so it should be more nutritionally enhanced and a bit healthier too.

No worries :)

Oh and try not to let the hick up as you called it, get into your head too much. I know how these things can derail people for a few days, so hopefully that won't happen to you.

Keep pushing and keep believing. One day at a time is spot on. Marathons not sprints and all that :).
