still caffeine free it's been 2 weeks. One thing i've noticed for the past 2 weeks i haven't got a headache! I was getting them pretty routinely 1 every week or every other week or so. knock on wood. Bascially i just drink koolaid mixed with stevia and a little sugar and water and milk in my smoothie.

I hate to say this. I've been kind of avoiding the subject on here. But i didn't last long off coke.

I love soda fountain pop mainly coke or pepsi when it's hot out. and it's been hot lately and it's only 59 cents for a pretty big size so i don't even remember when i went back to it. :( i like drinking it while i work or on a hot day. :(

so i'm trying to wean myself off again starting today. goal is 2 cans.

Try ditching the stuff completely and using headache tablets for any headache issues that might occur.

I don't think it can work any worse than what happened first time. If you're taking a tough stance over this, not a softly softly approach, it might shape your mindset more regards other things like food and exercise :).

boss i don't think i can! I have to work and function. I felt literally sick when i went off caffeiene for a few days last time. it was total misery. i don't think i've got a choice. I've got to do it the weaning myself down approach.

There's always a choice, but it depends on what's actually wrong and right, versus peoples own perception of the two.

However it's not mine nor anybodies right, to adopt a do it or else approach to this; so I won't.

i suppose i could wean myself down on black coffee?? So i get some caffeine but not the sugar. That's a possiblilty although i don't really like coffee except for some flavored drinks.

1 large cup yesterday of coffee.

today i ordered a large but only drank 2/3rds of it.

coffee i hope will be much easier to quit because i just don't like it that much! tomorrow i will order a normal size not a large.
