I didn't completely say that. I mean that water after food, shouldn't slow absorption though I didn't say 100% it doesn't.

I just gave reasons why I thought it doesn't.

I see, I sorta think of it this way...I never drink water after I eat sth that has oil, because if you think about it, water and oil don't get mixed, so I think at that time it realy does stop digesting . That's how I see it.

Okay, I've been a bit too busy lately that I had no time to mention what I eat today...and so on. But here's today's meals.

M1: Bran cereal w/lf milk, light cheese with zatar(green herbs), in brown bread, green tea that had fiber powder in it.

M2: halomui cheese in brown bread, green tea, apple.

M3: 2 slices of turkey with some low fat cheese, called feta, in brown bread, green tea, little peanuts. (Controlled myself from getting 2 munckins), ain't it something?

M4: Hm...didn't have much choice at the time, but ate tiny small balls of meat with steamed rice, in a smalle plate, which I ate only half. the amount of meat was less than the amount of my whole palm, and the rice was about my whole paln. Not bad, right? With green tea.

Workout for 18 minutes only  Did ellptical machine for 10 minutes. and 8 minutes walk/sprint, about 4 sprints as I recall. couldn't do serious cardio today. I did squats (i think ) yesterday, which is something I never do, and got my quads sore as hell. Though walking on them hurts more than sprinting, funny.

M5: Protien shake. 2 slices of turkey with lf cheese in brown bread. 2 rice cakes (no ice cream in M5!!!!!) :D

M6: about 100 grams of youghurt. 1 egg, both white and yolk, bran cereal w lf milk. 1 brown bread with halumoi cheese.

That's all, with a bit of more than 2 liters of water throughout the whole day.

Today, I controlled myself

M1:bran cereal with lf milk, brown bread with lf cheese. Green tea. A little cucumber.

M2: brown bread with another lf cheese, with green tea apple. (resisted munchkins)

M3: Turkey in borwn bread with lf cheese. Green tea. 2 rice caks. 3 pieces of walnuts. a little soybens.

M4: Today's diet meal in one of the returants in our uni, ate a little meat with steamed rice. Green tea.

M5: protien shake, 1 egg.

M6: lf youghurt. bran cereal with lf milk. cream of corn soup (its like 81 cals only) resisted junk food that my sisters wanted to get at the time).

That's all. Do I eat enough? Or in good portions? Or is there smething missing in my diet, and I need something more to add? Honestly, I feel statisfied from my food area. Not bloated or anything, or starving. But lately, I noticed at times, my stomache craves for food faster than before...like i eat between 2-3 hours, and sometimes I get hunry like when...not even after 3 hours full...or so. It's weird. My stomache almost never makes sounds when it's hungry, just lately?!

Oh, why is it not good to eat it at m6? Is it because of sugar and all that? Its not really affecting me, plus i can't think what else i could eat instead, any suggestions?

Today, before I mention my meals, were a total screw up, and I was well aware of that. Well, 2 meals were really really screwed up. Shoot me. I'm depressed today, and...I don't seem to care much today...

Before I mention my meals, yet again..I feel real exhuastion, and tiredness today, and I don't know why. Sugar makes people happy, it has zero affect on me, whatsoever. =(.

M1: Bran cereal w/ LF milk. Green tea. Half of brown bread with nonfat free cottage cheese (we ran outa of the fatfree). But 2 spoons won't bite will they?

M2: Green tea, apple, haloumi cheese in brownbread...*coughs* 2 munchkins. I was triggerd by the evil person siting in front of me (no need to explain that), jus tdon't mind it, but I resisted eating them for about 40 minutes....until..I was like WTH.

M3: Green tea. 3 rice cakes. youghurt. 15 grams of peanuts. (small packet).

M4: (real screw up). Smoked turkey sandwhich in french bread that includes, mayo ( not a lot tho, like KFC, and MAC ), rokka, I think there was butter, I'm not sure, if I knew I would say no, but I didn't. And cheddar cheese. Shredded. French fries (like 20-25 pieces) (fried with corn oil, lady told me no cholesterol in it) . Half of diet coke. Wanna shoot me already?

1 L-cartinine pill, with green tea (not a meal, just wanted to drink the last sip I had).

Workout for about 25-30 minutes.
Cardio = 20.
Rest one minutes.
One aerobic excersize for the hips. For about 3 minutes.
Then 2 minutes couch cruches (20 reps only). No sets.

Protien shake shortly after, like 5 minutes, till I relaxed and wash my face, and just get my heartbeat back to normal.

30 minutes later..

M5: 1 egg. about 15 grams of peanuts.

M6: 1 tiny small candy, called mamba, if you know it. It's really nothing. 1 omega-3 pill (oil fish i suppose?) Cream of chicken soup (just a tatse of chicken, not real chiken) Yoghurt. 1 fruit. like 6 pieces of tiny small hotdogs. smaller than the size of your thumb.

Yeah yeah, I totally screwed up.

Munchkins (fat fat fat)
M4 was all in all fat, no good at all.
M6: Proccessed meat, Gee...

*sighs*

Once my spirit goes up a bit, I will start watching my food better.

Yesterday I ate all the junk food I could think of, but today..I'm back to being strict, although I will allow myself a low fat candy, then again it's a low fat candy, and it does not have saturated fat.

However, I'll mention what I ate today so far.

Morning: bran cereal with lf milk. 2 slices of turkey in brown bread with lf cottage cheese, 1 egg. Gren tea.

Snack: slim-fast choco shake.

Lunch: 2 small pieces of meatballs, rice, apple, about 100 grams of lf youghurt
(this meal was really low in cals, I know that for sure)

Could it possibly becase i'm not eating enough cals, I gained kg ( i know it's wtaer weight, it's gonna get off anytime next week), but...I think I'm not eating enough cals, and i dont know how to eat enough cals. Espeically on weekends, because...I sleep. I compensate with the sleeping I havev't done during the week, and on weekends, I miss about 2 meals, and have 4, and rarely 5.

Last night..I slept at 2 am, and i did not have anything to eat since 9 pm, and started getting hungry the last 30 mins b4 I sleep, but didn't eat anything...cause..well, I wanted to sleep, and didn't want to eat something just before I sleep. Did i do the right thing or wrong thing? I just drank some more water. That's all.

If your weight gains is Water as you say, then there's no caloric problem in my mind.

I'd also kick the Carnitines. Yes, Carnitine can be founf in things like Proteins, but aside from that, anything like that, supposedly to reduce fat is pish.

Diet will almost always yield good fat loss results, withiut Fat loss stimulants, pills, or pricey detox kits.

The crintine is just for one month, i wont keep on taking those pills, i really dislike taking pills because they messed me up big time long time ago...but i really think its just water weight, cause for tow years my weight is falling back between these numbers, and ONLY once or few times in those years i gained weight, which wasn't more than 2 kgs, nothing biggie. It usually happen when I fast, we do that in my religion, different type of fasting, and I gained a lot of weight, and got fat toward that time, but it got off slowly, and since then it's been maintained...but somedays i think im not eating enough cals, i dont know..especially that im having everything low fat (alost everything have less cals in them), and only days when i consume enough or a lot of cals, are the days when i like to just screw up with my food.
