Mari Winsor 20 minute Pilates workout and Evening workout walking/jogging in place/dancing

B: Small bowl of Special K vanilla almond cereal with very little milk, with a cup of tea; AB: cup of coffee with a little milk; 2 glasses of water; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; L: 1 slice of Kraft Thin sliced Swiss cheese on a slice of wheat bread toasted and a portion of a 15 oz can of Delmonte Lite Sliced Peaches Yellow Cling peaches in extra light syrup all diced up, glass of ice tea; AL - 2 glasses of water, 2 butterscotch candies; S - NO SNACK; Dinner: Johnsonville Hot Italian sausage (82 grams) sautéed and diced up in a tortilla with w/multi colored peppers (green, red, yellow, diced up), and 2 teaspoons of diced potatoes and 8 small Lindsay sliced black olives, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of Nestle Hot Cocoa Mix with a little vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea and 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; D: 1 scoop of Peanut butter cup (Peanut butter ice cream with mini peanut butter cups and swirls of chocolate fudge sauce); BT - 2 glasses of water

For B: 2 slices of Bayview white bread toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, 1 cup tea and 1 glass of OJ; AB: cup of coffee with a little milk; 2 glasses of water and 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; Don't do a regular lunch on Saturday but a snack lunch; so 1/2 cup of popcorn, (1 serving) Lay's Cheddar and Sour Cream potato chips (10 chips) and 10 Doritos Nacho cheese flavor, glass of ice tea; AL: - 3 glasses of water this afternoon, 2 butterscotch candies; S - NO SNACK; Dinner: (1/4 slice of Frittata (made with 5 eggs with 3/4 cup milk), 1/2 of a Johnsonville Hot Italian sausage (82 grams) sautéed and diced up, 2 teaspoons of diced peppers (green, yellow, red), 10 small slices of Lindsay olives, and 1/3 cup of Mexican blend cheese topped with peppercorn melody and Tapatio sauce with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and Mexican blend cheese and a sprinkle of sharp cheddar, small slice of French bread toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of Nestle Hot Cocoa Mix with a little vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea and 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; D: No dessert; 2 butterscotch candies, Bedtime: 2 glasses of water
