B: 1 slice of Bayview bread toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, along with a cup of tea; and OJ. AB: glass of iced coffee with a little vanilla creamer; 2 glasses of water; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; Lunch: Slice of Thin Sliced Kraft Swiss cheese with a little mustard on a slice of wheat toast with a portion of a 15 oz can of Delmonte Northwest Pear Halves (Bartlett pears in extra light syrup,) all diced up, glass of ice tea; AL - 3 glasses of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: HH Mexican Cheesy Enchilada Rice and Cheesy sauce mix and topping mix with 1/2 cup of diced fresh red pepper, green and yellow peppers, 1/2 cup of frozen yellow corn mixed in, a can of S& W chili beans added (1/8 of mixture) in a flour tortilla topped with a little Salsa picante, and 1/4 cup mixture of Cheddar Jack mix/mozzarella with a pinch of parmesan, topped with a little Salsa picante on top of tortilla and a side tortilla with a little salsa picante, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of ice tea and 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (1/12 of a slice) of Betty Crocker Spice cake mix with pudding in the mix cake; BT - 2 glasses of water

Weigh in today back up 1.5 lbs to 116.5 and hope go back up to more normal weight of 117 to 118 lbs

RLW of good dusting and cleaning fo Wednesday morning and for this evening - Men's Workout (from years back) 12 reps 2 sets for each of the following: Alternate Curls -Biceps, Wall Stretches - Calves, Bent Over Extensions -Triceps, Shoulder - Alternate Presses, Back -Bent Over Rowing, Thighs - Squats, Abdominals - Bent Knee Sit ups, Forearms - Squatting Curls and Chest - Bench Press;

B: 1/2 a plain bagel with a little Country Crock margarine, with a cup of tea; and OJ. AB: cup of coffee with a little milk; 2 glasses of water; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; Lunch: For this week and next: Trans Ocean Lobster Classic (Chunk Style 8 oz) Imitation Lobster (a blend of premium wild caught suitable Alaska Pollock & Lobster meat) mixed with 4 tablespoons of Kraft FF Ranch dressing, and a squirt of lemon juice and peppercorn melody with 3 diced scallions and 10 small half slices of Lindsay black olives on a slice of wheat bread with Dole mandarin orange slices in light syrup, glass of ice tea; AL - 3 glasses of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: Medium shells with Hot Italian sausage pieces and pepper strips (red, green, orange and yellow) and Green Giant mushrooms mixed in 1/2 can of tomato sauce with oregano topped with a can of tomato sauce, crushed red pepper and 3 teaspoons of Parmesan/Romano cheese with a thin slice of Italian bread with a little Country Crock margarine, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of ice tea and 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; D: 1 scoop of Cherry Moose Ice cream (rich cherry ice cream loaded with cherry cups and swirled with famous moose track fudge) and 1 scoop of Speedy Tracks Limited Edition ice cream (rich and creamy vanilla ice cream with swirls of tangy raspberry ribbons loaded with solid milk chocolate race cars); BT - 2 glasses of water
