Workout plan needed for family man
Right so I used to gym quite regulary mainly did weights on upper body, neglected cardio and skipped leg day regulary before I settled down and had a family. Unfortunately since then I have let myself go due having no time or energy. At the present I mind son in the mornings and go to work in the evening. I get about an hour to myself and Im hoping to get some advice on setting up a workout plan for myself. I have a weights bench, dumbells, EZ curl bar and a yoga mat. Hopefully with some help from here I can create a workout plan to get rid of this Dad bod Thanks
