B - English muffin with a little Philadelphia whipped cream cheese, 1 cup of tea, and 2 glasses of OJ, glass of milk; AB - 1 glass of water and 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; S- handful of popcorn, 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, slice of Deli sliced Kraft Swiss cheese, glass of ice tea; 1 glass of water; D - Michelina's Cheese manicotti (ricotta, cheddar, Parmesan & Romano cheeses with marinara sauce topped crushed red pepper and 2 teaspoons of Parmesan/Romano cheese with a small heel and slice of Italian bread with a little Country Crock margarine, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Coffee Mate vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: 1 scoop of 1/2 the fat Mocha almond fudge ice cream and 1 scoop of Cherry Moose Ice cream (rich cherry ice cream loaded with cherry cups and swirled with famous moose track fudge); B; Bedtime - 1 glass of water

WHM's 6 Resistance Band Moves for a Full Body Burn this morning and Stop-The-Clock Routine from More mag (weight workout back, arms, abs, chest, glutes, and quadriceps

B: Small bowl of Special K vanilla almond(crunchy white and wheat flakes with vanilla and almonds) with a little milk with a cup of tea; and OJ. AB: cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of water; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; Lunch: 1 slice of Colby Jack cheese on a slice of wheat bread with some mustard, with a portion of Dole Mandarin oranges in Light Syrup (15 oz can), glass of ice tea; AL: - 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; D: Gorton's Crunchy Breaded Fish Fillets (Alaska Pollock) 2 fillets (108 grams) with a side of sliced potatoes topped with parsley and a slice of French bread toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, glass of ice; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Coffee Mate vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: 1 Little Debbie Peanut Butter Crunch bar; BT - 1 glass of water

AB: cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of water; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge Lunch: 1 slice of Colby Jack cheese on a slice of wheat bread with some mustard, with a portion of Dole Mandarin oranges in Light Syrup (15 oz can), glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: (2.5 ounces) of Egg noodles with a little parsley and onion powder topped with Parmesan/Romano cheese and a small slice of French bread toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, glass of ice tea;; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Coffee Mate vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (1)Pepperdige Farm Bake Shop Montauk Soft Baked Milk Chocolate cookies; BT - 1 glass of water

AB: 1 glass of water shared w/DH and 12 oz bottle of water shared w/DH; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; Lunch: 1 slice of Colby Jack cheese on a slice of wheat bread with some mustard, with a portion of Dole Mandarin oranges in Light Syrup (15 oz can), glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: Angel hair pasta with tomato sauce seasoned with oregano and clams topped with pepper and 2 teaspoons of Parmesan/Romano cheese with a slice of Italian bread with a little Country Crock margarine, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Coffee Mate vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea and 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; D: Cherry Moose Ice cream (rich cherry ice cream loaded with cherry cups and swirled with famous moose track fudge); BT - 1 glass of water

RLW of vacuuming and Walking/dancing this evening

B: 1 slice of split top white bread toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, along with a cup of tea and OJ; AB: cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of water; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; L: 1 slice of Colby Jack cheese on a slice of wheat bread with some mustard, with a portion of Dole Mandarin oranges in Light Syrup (15 oz can), glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: HH Mexican Cheesy Enchilada Rice and Cheesy sauce mix and topping mix with 1/2 cup of diced fresh red pepper, green, orange and yellow peppers, 1/2 cup of frozen yellow corn mixed in, a can of S& W chili beans added (1/8 of mixture) in a flour tortilla topped with some special sauce (mixture of Salsa picante and Heinz ketchup), sprinkle of parmesan/Monterey Jack/Mozzarella cheeses, with a side tortilla with some special sauce also, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Coffee Mate vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (1) Little Debbie Caramel Cookie Bars BT - 1 glass of water

For B: 2 slices of Bayview bread toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, 1 cup tea and 1 glass of OJ; AB: cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; glass of water and 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; Don't do a regular lunch on Saturday but a handful of popcorn, 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, slice of Kraft Deli sliced Swiss cheese on a slice of wheat bread toasted, glass of ice tea; AL: - 1 glass of water this afternoon, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: 1/2 can (10 3/4 oz) of Campbell's Tomato soup with 1/8 cup of Ditalini pasta with a pinch of basil and oregano with 1/4 avocado sliced and diced and a slice of French bread toasted with a little margarine, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Coffee Mate vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (1) Pepperidge Farm Bake Shop Montauk Soft Baked Milk Chocolate cookies; 2 butterscotch candies, Bedtime: 1 glass of water

B: Small bowl of Special K vanilla almond(crunchy white and wheat flakes with vanilla and almonds) with a little milk with a cup of tea; AB: cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of water; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; L: 1 slice of Tillamook Pepperjack cheese on a slice of wheat bread with some mustard, with a portion of a 15 oz can of Delmonte Northwest Pear Halves (Bartlett pears in extra light syrup,) all diced up, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: Little pizza's (an English muffin each half topped with 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese with a pinch of parmesan with a little sauce on the bottom and some on the top (1 8 ounce can between 2 people with rest put in pot with one 8 oz can also cooking) to top pizza's with sauce, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Coffee Mate vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (1) Little Debbie cream cheese streusel cake and (1) Little Debbie Cream Cinnamon Streusel cake for hubby's b-day; BT - 1 glass of water
