No workout today hurt myself yesterday

B: 1 slice of split top white bread toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, along with a cup of tea and OJ; AB: cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of water; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; L: For this week and next: 16 oz block of Monterey Jack cheese one slice on a slice of wheat bread with a slice on the side, with a portion of a 15 oz can of Delmonte Northwest Pear Halves (Bartlett pears in extra light syrup,) all diced up, glass of ice tea;; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: 2 scrambled eggs in a tortilla topped with a sprinkle of parmesan/Monterey Jack/Mild Cheddar/Mozzarella mix with homemade hot sauce (Heinz ketchup and Tapatio sauce), with a tortilla on the side with a little sauce, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Coffee Mate vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (1) Pepperidge Farm Bake Shop Montauk Soft Baked Milk Chocolate cookie; BT - 1 glass of water

RLW of vacuuming today

B: 1/2 of a onion bagel toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, with a cup of tea; AB: cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of water; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; L: Lunch: For this week and next: 16 oz block of Monterey Jack cheese one slice on a slice of wheat bread with a slice on the side, with a portion of a 15 oz can of Delmonte Northwest Pear Halves (Bartlett pears in extra light syrup,) all diced up, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: Gorton's Crunchy Breaded Fish Fillet (Alaska Pollock) in between two small, thin slices of French bread, with a side of corn (1 serving (1/3 cup) mixed with diced green, red, yellow and orange peppers, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Coffee Mate vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (1) Little Debbie Cream Cheese Streusel cake; BT - 1 glass of water

For B: 2 slices of Bayview bread toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, 1 cup tea and 1 glass of OJ; AB: cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; glass of water and 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; Don't do a regular lunch on Saturday but a handful of popcorn, 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, slice of Monterey Jack cheese, glass of ice tea; AL: - 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: 1/2 can (18.6 oz) Campbell's Healthy Request Home Style Mexican style Chicken Tortilla soup, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Coffee Mate vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (1) Pepperidge Farm Chesapeake Dark Chocolate Pecan crispy cookie; 2 butterscotch candies, Bedtime: 1 glass of water

B - 1/4 small square of Marie Callendar's corn bread with a little Country Crock margarine, 1 cup of tea, and 2 glasses of OJ, glass of milk; AB - 1 glass of water and 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; S- handful of popcorn, 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, slice of Colby Jack cheese, glass of ice tea; 1 glass of water; D - (1 serving 15 very small) Lucca cheese tortellini topped with tomato sauce seasoned with oregano and basil topped with 2 teaspoons of parmesan/Romano cheese, 1 small heel and a small slice of Italian bread with a little Country crock margarine, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Coffee Mate vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (1) Pepperidge Farm Bake Shop Montauk Soft Baked Milk Chocolate cookie and (1) Pepperidge Farm Chesapeake Dark Chocolate Pecan crispy cookie; B; Bedtime - 1 glass of water

With no sleep again last night it will be walking while shopping

B: Half of an plain bagel toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, with a cup of tea; and OJ. AB: milk; 1 glass of water(shared w/DH) and 12 oz bottle of water shared w/DH; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; Lunch: Monterey Jack cheese one slice on a slice of wheat bread with a slice on the side, with a portion of a 15 oz can of Delmonte Northwest Pear Halves (Bartlett pears in extra light syrup,) all diced up, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: Little pizza's (an English muffin each half topped with 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella 1/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese with a pinch of parmesan and oregano with a little sauce on the bottom and some on the top (1 8 ounce can between 2 people with rest put in pot with one 8 oz can also cooking) to top pizza's with sauce, glass of ice tea; glass of ice tea; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Coffee Mate vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea and 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (1) Little Debbie Caramel bar; BT - 1 glass of water

B: 1 slice of split top white bread toasted with a little Smucker's strawberry jelly, along with a cup of tea and OJ; AB: cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of water; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; L: Cream cheese and Smucker's grape jelly on a slice of wheat bread toasted, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: 1/2 can of (10 1/2 oz) Campbell's Old Fashioned Vegetable Condensed Soup over (2.5 ounces) of Egg noodles with a little onion powder topped with 2 tablespoons of Parmesan/Romano cheese and a small slice of French bread toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Coffee Mate vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (1) Little Debbie Peanut Butter Crunch bar; BT - 1 glass of water
