For B: 2 slices of Bayview bread toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, 1 cup tea and 1 glass of OJ; AB: cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; glass of water and 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; Don't do a regular lunch on Saturday but a handful of popcorn, 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, remainder of tuna fish for this week's lunch with a slice of Kraft Deli sliced Swiss cheese on a slice of wheat bread toasted, glass of ice tea; AL: - 1 glass of water this afternoon, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: 2 scrambled eggs in a tortilla topped with a sprinkle of parmesan/Monterey Jack/Mild Cheddar/Mozzarella mix with homemade hot sauce (Heinz ketchup and Tapatio sauce), with a tortilla on the side with a little sauce, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Coffee Mate vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (1) Pepperidge Farm Chesapeake Dark Chocolate Pecan crispy cookie; 2 butterscotch candies, Bedtime: 1 glass of water

B - 1/2 an onion bagel with a little Philadelphia whipped cream cheese on one half and cream cheese and strawberry jelly on the other, 1 cup of tea, and 2 glasses of OJ, glass of milk; AB - 1 glass of water and 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; S- handful of popcorn, 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, slice of Colby Jack cheese, glass of ice tea; 1 glass of water; D -(1 serving 15 very small) Lucca cheese tortellini topped with tomato sauce seasoned with oregano and basil topped with 2 teaspoons of parmesan/Romano cheese, 1 small heel and a small slice of Italian bread with a little Country crock margarine, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Coffee Mate vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: 1 scoop of Cherry Moose Ice cream (rich cherry ice cream loaded with cherry cups; B; Bedtime - 1 glass of water

AB: cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of water; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; Lunch: No lunch as we ate a later breakfast and finished shopping about 1:40 p.m. (time we got home) so I had popcorn/pretzels I have each day and glass of ice tea; AL: 1 butterscotch candy; While doing comics had a slice of Monterey Jack cheese; Dinner: Michelina's Stuff cheese rigatoni topped with a little pepper and 2 teaspoons of Parmesan/Romano cheese with a heel and slice of Italian bread with a little Country Crock margarine, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Coffee Mate vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea and 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; D:(1) Little Debbie Streusel cake and also a cheesecake one to celebrate good news; BT - 1 glass of water
