Weigh in today up holding steady at 120 (however, again up all night so very bloated and tummy issues this a.m.)

B - 1/2 plain bagel toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, 1 cup of tea, and 2 glasses of OJ, glass of milk; AB - 1 glass of water and 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; S- 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, handful of popcorn, slice of Cheddar Jack cheese, glass of ice tea; 1 glass of water; D -21 very small Lucca tortellini with a sprinkle of oregano and basil and a few Hot Italian sausage pieces mixed with a can of tomato sauce, cooked with 1/2 can of additional tomato sauce topped with a little pepper and 2 teaspoons of parmesan/Romano cheese, 1 small heel and a small slice of Italian bread with a little Country crock margarine, glass of ice tea; 1 small heel and a small slice of Italian bread with a little Country crock margarine, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (1) (1) Little Debbie Cream Cheese Streusel cake; Bedtime - 1 glass of water

B: Small bowl of Rice Crispies with 12 blueberries and very little milk, with a cup of tea; and OJ. AB: cup of coffee with a little milk; 1 glass of water; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge Lunch: Slice of Tillamook Pepperjack cheese on a slice of wheat bread) and a portion of a 15 oz can of Delmonte Northwest Pear Halves (Bartlett pears in extra light syrup,) all diced up, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: (2 slices from 8 slice pizza) Homemade Pizza (homemade crust) topped with 8 ounces of tomato sauce, 8 ounces of Sargento Chef Blends 6 Cheese Italian (shredded natural mozzarella, smoked provolone, Romano, Fontina, Asiago & Parmesan Cheese), Kraft mozzarella cheese(6 ounces) and 3 ounces of parmesan cheese, 6 ounces of grated pepperoni topped with a 6 slices of pepperoni and 6 Lindsay black half olive slices, little Pompeian Extra Virgin olive oil, Italian seasoning, oregano and parsley) topped with salt, pepper, California Style Onion powder and a teaspoon of Romano/parmesan cheese on top, small glass of Berninger's white zinfandel, glass of ice; AD - cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (1) Pepperidge Farm Chesapeake Dark Chocolate Pecan cookie; BT - 1 glass of water

Walking/dancing this evening

B: 1 slice of split top white bread toasted with a little Smucker's strawberry jelly, along with a cup of tea and OJ; AB: Glass of ice coffee with a little vanilla creamer; 1 glass of water; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge Lunch: Slice of Tillamook Pepperjack cheese on a slice of wheat bread) and a portion of a 15 oz can of Delmonte Northwest Pear Halves (Bartlett pears in extra light syrup,) all diced up, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: Michelina's fettuccine alfredo with a little added milk and half of a 1/3 cup of peas topped with peppercorn melody, 2 teaspoons of Parmesan/Romano cheese with a slice of French bread toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, glass of ice; AD - cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (1) Little Debbie Caramel Cookie Bar; BT - 1 glass of water
