B: 2 slices of Bayview bread toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, 1 cup tea and 1 glass of OJ; AB: cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; glass of water and 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; Don't do a regular lunch on Saturday but a handful of popcorn, 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, slice of Cheddar Jack cheese on a slice of wheat bread toasted with a little mustard, glass of ice tea; AL: - 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: 1/2 can (10 3/4 oz) of Campbell's Tomato soup with 1/8 cup of Ditalini pasta with a pinch of basil and a slice of French bread toasted with a little margarine, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (1) Pepperidge Farm Montauk Soft Baked Milk chocolate cookie; 2 butterscotch candies, Bedtime: 1 glass of water

Weigh in today up 2.5 pounds to 119.5

B - Slice of French bread toasted with a little Smucker's grape jelly on one half and Smucker's strawberry jelly on the other half, 1 cup of tea, and 2 glasses of OJ, glass of milk; AB - 1 glass of water and 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; S- 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, handful of popcorn, slice of Cheddar Jack cheese, glass of ice tea; 1 glass of water; D - Ronzoni Penne Rigate (1 of 7 meals from box) with Hot Italian sausage pieces and pepper strips with 1/2 can of tomato sauce with Italian seasonings topped with can of tomato sauce and 2 teaspoons of Parmesan/Romano cheese with a slice of Italian bread with a little Country Crock margarine, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (1) Little Debbie Cream Cheese Streusel cake; Bedtime - 1 glass of water

B: Small bowl of Rice Crispies with 12 blueberries and very little milk, with a cup of tea; and OJ. AB: Glass of iced coffee with a little vanilla creamer; 1 glass of water; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge Lunch: Slice of Munster cheese on a slice of wheat bread) and a portion of Dole Mandarin oranges in light syrup (15 oz), all diced up, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: Gorton's Crunchy Breaded Fish Fillets (Alaska Pollock) 2 fillets (108 grams) with a side of home made Mexicali corn and a slice of French bread toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, glass of ice; glass of ice; AD - cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (2) Pepperidge Farm Milano cookies; BT - 1 glass of water

B: 1 slice of split top white bread toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, along with a cup of tea and OJ; AB: Glass of ice coffee with a little vanilla creamer; 1 glass of water; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge Lunch: Slice of Munster cheese on a slice of wheat bread) and a portion of Dole Mandarin oranges in light syrup (15 oz), all diced up, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: 1.5 chopped eggs with little salt, pepper and sprinkle of grated Parmesan/Romano cheese on 2 slices of Split top white bread toasted with a little ketchup, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (1) Little Debbie Caramel Cookie Bar; BT - 1 glass of water

Lots of walking with shopping today and NO Walking/dancing in the evening back and legs hurt from earlier in the day

AB: 1 glass of water(shared w/DH); 12 oz bottle of water shared w/DH; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; Lunch: Slice of Munster cheese on a slice of wheat bread) and a portion of Dole Mandarin oranges in light syrup (15 oz), all diced up, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: Michelina's Cheese manicotti (ricotta, cheddar, Parmesan & Romano cheeses with marinara sauce topped crushed red pepper and 2 teaspoons of Parmesan/Romano cheese with a slice of Italian bread with a little Country Crock margarine, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of ice tea and 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (1 serving of 3) Pepperidge Farm Milano cookies; BT - 1 glass of water

B: 1 slice of split top white bread toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, along with a cup of tea and OJ; AB: cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of water; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; L: Slice of Munster cheese on a slice of wheat bread) and a portion of Dole Mandarin oranges in light syrup (15 oz), all diced up, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: 1 of 14 slices of lasagna - 14 slices consisting of half of the following ingredients: 4 jars -Tomato sauce crushed red pepper, Italian seasoning, California onion powder with white an green onion & parsley, and basil leaves, 3 boxes of Barilla no bake noodles (42 noodles - 21 for each pan); 2 packages 6 oz (1 1/2 cups) packages of Winco finely shredded Parmesan cheese; 3 packages 8 oz Kraft Natural Cheese Shredded Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella cheese) NOTE: 1 package a piece and 1/2 package a piece for the third package used; 1 package (8 oz) of Sargento Chef Blends 6 Cheese Italian (Shredded natural mozzarella, smoked provolone, Romano, Fontina, Asiago & Parmesan cheese) NOTE: This package was mixed in with Ricotta cheese in Food Processor; 1 package 8 oz - 12 slices of Sargento Natural Provolone Deli Style Sliced Provolone cheese with Smoked flavor added NOTE: EACH SLICE BROKEN INTO PIECES AND THEN MIXED IN FOOD PROCESSOR WITH RICOTTA AND 6 CHEESE ITALIAN BLEND; 1/2 pound package of Gallo Pepperoni (8 oz) shredded in Food Processor NOTE: Divided in half and half used in each pan; Frigo Ricotta 32 oz (3.5 cups); used 2 Johnsonville Italian sausages sliced in lasagna (for 14 slices), glass of ice tea; AD - cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D:(1) Pepperidge Farm Bake Shop Montauk Soft Baked Milk Chocolate cookie; BT - 1 glass of water

B - 1/2 plain bagel toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, 1 cup of tea, and 2 glasses of OJ, glass of milk; AB - 1 glass of water and 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; S- 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, handful of popcorn, slice of Cheddar Jack cheese, glass of ice tea; 1 glass of water; D -(9) of Lucca Three cheese ravioli (Ricotta, Parmesan and Romano cheese) topped with tomato sauce seasoned with oregano and basil topped with 3 teaspoons of parmesan/Romano cheese, 1 small heel and a small slice of Italian bread with a little Country crock margarine, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: Pepperidge Farms Milano Melts Boston cream pie; Bedtime - 1 glass of water
