i make little pizza's too Sue. But dough is home made and i just roll a small amount out and add cheese, sauce and veggies. :)

Becky, we used to use block mozzarella cheese to make them but it's a much lighter meal this way and we use a quarter cup measure so a lot lighter and nice and quick and easy to make. We will be making one of our regular home made pizza's for Labor Day.

RLW this a.m., with a thorough kitchen cleaning

B: Small bowl of Kellogg's corn flakes with a little milk and topped with 12 blueberries, with a cup of tea and OJ; AB: Glass of ice coffee with a little vanilla creamer; 1 glass of water; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; L: For this week tuna (5 oz) mixed with 20 small half slice olives, 5 slices of red(2), green, orange and yellow pepper strips diced with lemon juice and a little olive oil, a pinch of California onion powder, oregano and peppercorn melody and topped with peppercorn melody on a slice of wheat bread) with a portion of a 15 oz can of Delmonte Northwest Pear Halves (Bartlett pears in extra light syrup,) all diced up, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: Michelina's fettuccine alfredo with a little added milk and half of a 1/3 cup of peas topped with peppercorn melody, 2 teaspoons of Parmesan/Romano cheese with a slice of French bread toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, glass of ice; AD - cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (1) Pepperidge Farm Lexington Milk Chocolate Toffee Almond cookie; BT - 1 glass of water

mom said she was going to have a me day tomorrow. lol. I'm like hey that's what Sue does but it's on Sundays! :)

Hey there Becky, tell your mom to give her a nice bubble bath and soak followed by a facial after a nice steam first. Then to pamper her feet and nails with soaking the feet in some water with a bit of baby oil and her nails in Palmolive (like Madge did....she'll know who Madge is LOL)

Seriously tell her to have a wonderful "me day".....

B: 1 1/2 slices of Bayview bread toasted with a little Smucker's grape jelly, 1 cup tea and 1 glass of OJ; AB: Glass of ice coffee with a little vanilla creamer; glass of water and 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; Don't do a regular lunch on Saturday but a handful of popcorn, 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, slice of Mild cheddar cheese on a slice of wheat bread toasted with a little mustard, glass of ice tea; AL: - 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: Melted cheese sandwich two slices of Munster cheese with some pickle slices on it and rest of pickle on the side, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (1) Pepperidge Farm Montauk Soft Baked Milk chocolate cookie; 2 butterscotch candies, Bedtime: 1 glass of water

Weigh in today up a pound to 119 (however up all night again and bit bloated from water)

B - English muffin toasted with a little Philadelphia Whipped cream cheese, 1 cup of tea, and 2 glasses of OJ, glass of milk; AB - 1 glass of water and 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; S- 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, handful of popcorn, slice of mild cheddar cheese, glass of ice tea; 1 glass of water; D - Michelina's Cheese manicotti (ricotta, cheddar, Parmesan & Romano cheeses with marinara sauce topped crushed red pepper and 2 teaspoons of Parmesan/Romano cheese, 1 small heel and a small slice of Italian bread with a little Country crock margarine, glass of ice; AD - cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (2) Pepperidge Farms Milano cookie Melts Boston cream pie; Bedtime - 1 glass of water
