looks good Bama and Mo.
I can't say what i'm eating till later. i wish i could plan like that. and it is funny about pepsi and headaches.
i had another pepsi this morning. Tomorrow it will be a small. i still macros low yesterday so i will try to do that again even with the pepsi.
i didn't have much time this morning. just shakeology/protein powder/water now after the soda.
will post later what i have.
EDIT: I won't drink anymore pepsi after today. I think i will be okay on the headache/caffeine issue so it's water for now on.

I'm only at 48 ounces right now of water.
meals for the rest of the day.
lunch was 4 ritz crackers with cheese ( to take with meds) and the 3 protein brownies made with banana
mom is making roasted vegetables for dinner/snack later. today is green beans, corn, potatoes, red peppers and red onions and olive oil.
dinner will be shakeology/water/protein powder and either more roasted veggies or a pizza with thin crust and 2 cups of spinach. sauteed 2 cups fit on a small slice of pizza.

Coffee, 3 Brazil nuts
Plantain bread with pbj
Green smoothie made with kombucha, romaine, broccoli leaves, zucchini, banana, blueberry, ginger and pea protein
All your roasted veg talk had me craving, Becky! So: approx 3 c. of cauliflower tossed with avocado oil, turmeric, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper and then broiled (Not as exciting as your assortment but still major yum!)
Brownie
Low on water so far today--only about 46 oz. so far. Will get that up to 64 oz before 8 p.m. I do notice that when I don't drink as much in the afternoon, I get hungrier.
Nice on the garden veg, Bama! DH ate his first garden tomato yesterday, but with all the rain we had, the poor tomatoes are cracking.
Can't wait for the peppers to ripen so I can make version of Sue's bean/pepper/corn mix.
Have a great night, everyone!

42/25/32 for the day
72 ounces currently but i stay up late on thursday's. It's thing because i know i just have one more day of work. so i can get more water in.
Mo, the roasted vegetables were SO GOOD. Both mom and i said that. I'm not sure why they tasted so good but they did. I'm glad you wrote down your cauliflower and what you put on that maybe for another day i can try that.
I saw in the sweat sister's journal you guys were talking about moderation, etc. I think i am one of those persons that can't do moderation too. at weight you think? mom can. She just eats what she wants in small portions for the most part and i don't know if she has ever binge ate in her life?? i will have to ask her.
I do have a few temptations coming up in the coming weeks but just take it a day at a time.

Coffee, 3 Brazil nuts
Plantain bread, toasted, with pbj
Banana drizzled with chocolate and pb
Popcorn (big pile--1/3 c. of kernels, I think, with maybe 2 T. melted coconut oil/red palm oil mix drizzle on top, then salted)
Banana
Granny Smith with date caramel
56 oz of water so far, but 24 more coming up for total of 80 oz.
Had headache this morning. Too many histimines? Too much sweet for one day between brownie and ice cream? Or just barometric pressure? Hard to say. Hopefully I can stick with the journal long enough to get a better idea!

b. shakeology/water/protein powder 1/2 scoop some blackberries and raspberries
s. 4 ritz crackers just to take with meds and a small coke from mcdonalds. 40 carbs and 150 calories. ( i did go biking right after)
l. spinach pizza
s. peanuts and strawberry greek yogurt
dinner is roasted vegetables and shakeology again. shouldn't change but haven't ate it yet. if it does i will edit this or add another post.
water i will post tomorrow how i do.
the coke isn't so bad but even that small amount does keep carbs up most of the day till dinner. This whole week though i have ended the day at 40/30/30 or not far from it. Today is the first day i won't. I'm not sure why. but it's at 50/30/20 today..

Thanks, Becky--I hope the journal does function as detective work in regard to migraine triggers. What gives you headaches, if you don't mind asking?
I count unsweetened tea as water--I drink a quart every day and basically view it as flavor-infused water.
Mmmm, I used to love the Mint Milanos, Sue.
Today's log:
Coffee, 2 Brazil nuts
2 potatoes, fried in about T each of ghee and avocado oil with a small onion and lots of lovely fresh rosemary
PB banana nice cream (approx. 3 bananas, a splash of vanilla, maybe 2 T. PB and 2 T. milk)
I might be done; if not, I'll update later. If I eat something else, it needs to be leafy greens or maybe some broccoli.
80 oz water
