Thanks whenlifewassimpler. I am happy to be in this group. I need all the accountability and support I can get.

Chair yoga, ab crunches

Breakfast: 2 poached eggs
Coffee with skim milk

Lunch: 1/2 cup beans mixed with 1/2 cup of brown rice

Supper: 2 beet burgers

Dessert: 1 1/2 cup of pineapple with chocolate hummus

It is almost midnight and I feel like I want to eat. Instead, I am going to drink a glass of water and go to bed. Keep up the good work. Never give up.

Sexychef looks like you are doing great. As for the water add a squeeze of lemon, gives it a nice taste.

Have a great weekend.
