Thanks oatsandsquats....I have been doing it for years now. It's how I lost the weight I needed to and got to goal weight. Now it helps me stay there

Workout this evening walking/dancing/light jog in place

B: 1/2 of an onion bagel toasted with little Country Crock margarine on it, along with a cup of tea and OJ; AB: Cup of coffee with a little milk and sugar; 1 glass of water; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge Lunch: Lunch for this week: a portion of 4 oz of crab mixed with 2.5 scallions, diced red, green, orange(4 strips each), 20 Lindsay small half black olives, seasoned with some basil and peppercorn melody, lemon juice and Pompeian Extra virgin olive oil on a slice of toasted wheat bread and a portion of (15 oz) Delmonte Lite Sliced peaches, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 1 lozenge; 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: (2.5 ounces) of Egg noodles with 1/2 of 1/3 cup of peas and carrots mixture and 1/3 cup of diced potatoes, half of one package of McCormick's brown gravy (mixed with 1 1/2 cup of water topped with salt and pepper, and 2 teaspoons of Parmesan/Romano cheese, with a small slice of French bread toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Coffee Mate vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D:(1) Little Debbie Streusel cake; BT - 1 glass of water;

Morning workout sculpting workout from WHM 6 Resistance Band Moves for a Full Body Burn (Air-Sit Alternating Row, Oblique Mixers, Lunging Chest Press, Sideways Walks with Bonus Biceps, Single Leg Balance with Overhead Press, Single Side Leg Press; For the evening, an oldie but a goodie Stand and Deliver core workout

B: Serving of Kellogg's Corn flakes cereal topped with 10 blueberries and with a little milk, a cup of tea and OJ. Very little sleep last night and body is so achy just not up to it...so no workouts today.v..

B: Serving of Kellogg's Corn flakes cereal topped with 12 blueberries and with a little milk, a cup of tea and OJ AB: Cup of coffee with a little milk and sugar; 1 glass of water; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; L: Lunch for this week: a portion of 4 oz of crab mixed with 2.5 scallions, diced red, green, orange(4 strips each), 20 Lindsay small half black olives, seasoned with some basil and peppercorn melody, lemon juice and Pompeian Extra virgin olive oil on a slice of toasted wheat bread and a portion of (15 oz) Delmonte Lite Sliced peaches, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: Michelina's Fettuccine Alfredo with half a serving (1/3 cup) of peas, a little peppercorn melody and 2 teaspoons of Parmesan/Romano cheese, and a small slice of Italian bread with a little Country crock margarine, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Coffee Mate vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (2) Pepperidge Farms Milano chocolate cookies; BT - 1 glass of water

B: 1 slice of Bayview bread toasted with a little Smucker's grape jelly, 1 cup tea and 1 glass of OJ; AB: Cup of coffee with a little milk and sugar; glass of water and 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; Don't do a regular lunch on Saturday but a handful of popcorn, 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, Doritos snack pack (nacho cheese), slice of Provolone cheese, glass of ice tea; AL: - 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: (1/4 slice of Frittata (made with 6 eggs with 2/3 cup of whole milk), and 1/3 cup of Mexican Blend shredded cheese (shredded blend of Monterey Jack, cheddar, Queso Quesadilla and Asadero cheese with added splices and flavorings) topped with peppercorn melody and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and Monterey Jack cheese, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Coffee Mate vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (1) Pepperidge Farm Chesapeake Dark Chocolate Pecan cookie; 2 butterscotch candies, Bedtime: 1 glass of water

B - 1/2 an onion bagel toasted with a little margarine and cinnamon sugar, 1 cup of tea, and 2 glasses of OJ, glass of milk; AB - 1 glass of water and 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; S- 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, handful of popcorn, 1 ounce snack pack of Doritos (nacho cheese), slice of Provolone cheese, glass of ice tea; 1 glass of water; D - Rotini pasta with Hot Italian sausage pieces with tomato sauce seasoned with oregano and basil with 3 teaspoons of parmesan/Romano cheese, 1 small heel and a small slice of Italian bread with a little Country crock margarine, glass of ice; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Coffee Mate vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (2) Pepperidge Farms Milano Raspberry chocolate cookies; Bedtime - 1 glass of water

AB: Cup of coffee with a little milk and sugar; 1 glass of water; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge Lunch: Lunch for this week: Slice of Swiss cheese on a slice of wheat bread toasted with a little mustard and a portion of a 15 oz can of Delmonte Northwest Pear Halves (Bartlett pears in extra light syrup,) all diced up, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: Gorton's Crunchy Breaded Fish Fillet (Alaska Pollock) in between two small, thin slices of French bread, with a side of corn (1 serving (1/3 cup) mixed with diced green & red peppers, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Coffee Mate vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (1) Ding Dong; BT - 1 glass of water

AB: 1 glass of water; Bottle of water shared w/DH (12 ounces); butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge Lunch: Lunch for this week: Slice of Swiss cheese on a slice of wheat bread toasted with a little mustard and a portion of a 15 oz can of Delmonte Northwest Pear Halves (Bartlett pears in extra light syrup,) all diced up, glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: Michelina's Cheese manicotti (ricotta, cheddar, Parmesan & Romano cheeses with marinara sauce with crushed red pepper and 2 teaspoons of Parmesan/Romano cheese with 2 slices of Italian bread with a little Country Crock margarine, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of hot chocolate with a little Coffee Mate vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea and 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; D: Little Debbie Cocoa Cream; BT - 1 glass of water

Oh well just realized today I continued weeks 1 and 2 workout into the third week, so will just continue till the end of the month and do weeks 3 & 4 for the month of March.

No workout this morning as only got 2 hours sleep and tired and achy, plus have a kitchen to clean so that will be workout for the morning since I will be on feet for 2 hours plus and up and down and all that fun stuff; NO EVENING WORKOUT BACK WAS HAVING SPASMS in a lot of pain.
