i'm going to be honest and say what i ate. and the micros that came with it in here.

b. 32 ounce pepsi. i slept in and drank this when i got up. I quit a few weeks ago but with everyone here i started drinking it again. i can't drink diet because i get headaches.
i will drink a 32 ounce tomorrow, a 22 ounce the next 2 days and a 12 ounce the next two days after that. it's embarrassing but it's just something i really enjoy to drink. i drink it really slowly. :D 100/0/0

l. a steak taco and shakeology. i forgot to add protein in shakeology today. 43/27/30





Water: 2 glasses so far.

I'm working out now and will post the rest of meals and exercise later.

snack was carrots and a little dip and a protein cookie with milk 34/22/44

2 glasses of water.

I'm doing an evening bike ride since i rarely take though should be fun. :)

sunday was 51/17/31 1768 calories - 2 cups of water 600 to 800 calories burned
Monday was 43/18/38 2100 calories - 3 cups of water 550 calories burned

calories burned is just an guess i really have no clue.

tuesday: 1870 calories, 48/27/26 7 glasses of water. calories burned 650 (estimate) 19 pounds even loss

Wednesday 47/19/34 1937 calories. estimate of calories burned is 1100

i might have to add 350 calories on to that. i'm hungry! i'm having a chipolte taco. not burrito just 1 taco.
