woke at 4. weighed in at 185# i'm 5'9'' tall. bought 2.13# of red grapes,3.19# bananas,and a 15.25oz can of corn. no exercise yet.

Yes ma'am. It's what I have. I just finished an aerobics and stretching(alternating) routine. Took a little over half an hour. Happy Father's day everybody :)

That's going to be counterproductive, as your body will enter a starvation mode since you're not eating enough calories, nor the right things, and it will hold onto fat instead of letting it go.

Could you please be more specific? Thank you. I just went to the store and bought a pkg of breakfast sausages.

I ate all the grapes,the can of corn,one banana,and now the sausages.

Exercise:Circuit training program on Gold'd Gym Home Trainer. 24 reps each exercise. 12 exercises.
