There are some things better left unknown! My diet is less than exemplary.

Goals " lose weight & improve fitness" perhaps read some pages or other peoples diets, because seems your heading in the opposite direction.I'm almost having a coronary reading what u eat :| Without even contemplating 1000 jogs on a trampoline do u click somethin to count that high ? Lol exersize in itself, countin to 1000 while bouncing :)

There's a sensor attached to the trampoline. It only counts if both feet are bouncing. For jogging I counted in my head(200 per hour) Mostly I do contact bounces (300/hour)

today 184 analog 178.2 digital exercise:1800 contact bounces 60 squats with toes pointed in

food:1 turkey pot pie. 1 beef pot pie. 6 ice cream bars
