Are you truly serious about losing fat? Honestly, the food you are eating is complete crap. Is this some sort of experiment to see if you can lose fat through calorie control but not eating clean? I am not trying to sound snarky; I am really trying to figure out your methods. Six ice cream bars or pudding cups in one day will not exactly get you ripped and lean.

I lack self control. I'm just posting what I eat. Like I said before my diet isn't examplary.

177.4 no exercise 12 honey and maple pork breakfast sausages. 34oz of yogurt. 12 jumbo eggs.

Your profile page can be set to private, with access only to members who you give permission to add as a "friend". Right now your profile page is public and gives your first name, age, gender and town & state you are from and a few other info facts. You can go to your homepage and "account" settings, click on "privacy settings" to change it.
