5 women in bikinis in the hot tub eh? Probably the best ice cream you'd ever eat, eh Boss?

No. The Hot tub for me only. The Boss would not let interlopers hog his food and tub space. Known associates only, by invitation

Damn, just realised no tub. Oh well, I'll make do with a duckpond, but no creamy goodies for the Ducks though. Not having the pond full of duck diarhhoea, as that's just off putting :P

Okay, so you know your diet is less than stellar. You mentioned you have no self-control. Do you have problems with depression and low self-esteem? You don’t really need to answer that here. That was a rhetorical question. You are definitely not getting enough protein in your diet, which means you are lacking tryptophan. I think you should look into supplementing with it. Of course, do your research and ask a qualified professional, first. L-tryptophan is a precursor to serotonin, a neurotransmitter, which is our brain’s natural anti-depressant. People with eating disorders, or those who have been through extreme dieting, have low levels of serotonin due to tryptophan deficiency. Supplementing with this has helped many people who have binging problems. I’m not saying you are binging; I have no idea if you eat this food in a short time span or if you spread it out over the course of the day. It’s just something to think about. 5-HTP is also made from l-tryptophan. Think of it as the step between l-tryptophan and serotonin.

I hope this helps and I wish the good health!

Take care and best regards,

Katie

Everybody that's 0.5 gallons. Those who point fingers have 3 pointing back at them(unless they're hand is deformed)
