You could try tricep kickbacks if you find, as I do, that presses can be hard on your elbows.

Thanks. I only used a pair of 5lb dumbbells. 181.6 10 hot dogs 1.5# mashed potatoes 1500 contact bounces 250 bicep curls 100 hamstring curls

The point of this journal is to educate people like Swanso, on the benefits of Fruit Cocktail, Boneless Chuck Steak and Ice Cream, as a complete post-workout meal :P .

It's got plenty of Protein and Carbs, and a little Ice Cream Fats for possibly helping with your Test and GH levels.

Just needs to make sure he gives the Fruit Cocktail 10-15 minutes to start digesting, so it's not impeded too much by the Steak and Ice Cream combo, or as it could be called Ski and Turf :wink:

That is fortunate, because I left a little piece of my heart in West Bend, Wisconsin, and I like to think Ketchup is lookin' out for me.

Okay well that sounds totally bogus, and I actually lived in Jackson (grocvery shopped at the piknsave in WB though!!) but it's nice to hear from someone up there, even if it's about ice cream and donkey kicks (:
