Broccoli's Diet journal

Postby ilurvebroccoli » Wed Aug 19, 2009 7:33 pm

So, I am just going to use shapefit as my personal diet journal. And obviously if I am failing miserably at some point in time, let me know please. I am looking to lose fat and gain muscle.

Today: (Not a great day, wasn't feeling well)

Woke late, 10:45- Total cereal w/ 1% milk.
11:15ish- 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 white peach.
1:30- Banana
3pm- small portion of brown rice. glass of OJ
8ish- small peice of steak, some potatoes (Dad make it)

So yeah, I didn't eat much of anything today. I've had a stomach ache all day. I rode my horse around noon, and I think that made me a little nauseus because it was very humid today.

So I will plan on eating more tomorrow if I'm feeling better. Then maybe you can critique my diet better.

Stacey

ETA: I was a vegetarian, but have started to eat meat every once in awhile. I still eat like a vegetarian most of the time. Just not really one anymore.

Yeah, all that cereal, milk, yogurt and peach sloshing around in ur tummy while riding your horse in the hot humidity was probably the culprit for your stomach ache.

are you drinking alot of fluids before and after you ride?

Hope you get to feeling better, stay positive! Keep working at it.

I love to ride horses, used to ride when i was a kid ) :D

FoF probably is speaking from experience. In that she probably had a Cereal, Milk, Peach and Yoghurt, sloshing on a horse type incident herself, years ago .

Hopefully you're feeling better now Stacey.

Not exactly Bossman...more like a cereal, milk, peach, yogurt, sloshing running type incident (it wasn't pretty) but I did have a horse try to take my head off once, riding me directly under a low tree branch! mean horse she was...

LOVE your avatar pic Stacey! Beautiful!

Haha thanks. Yeah, it's safe to say that the milk was most likely a bad idea. Of course, if my horse weren't being a butthead and doing random hopping bucks, it would not have been sloshin as much lol.

Well, I will be back on later to say what I ate today.
