Very good. We should be rejoicing for each new day, and just be glad to have another chance to get things right!

is that done on a stability ball where you roll your knees up under you? Or are you doing that like a regular pushup with a single knee tuck? I found some great variations of the pushup/knee tuck on youtube - it's a great core exercise! i plan on adding it to my repertoire :D

You hold at the top of a pushup and bring each knee up separate. Once both knees come up, thats one. I think they work good. To prove it, look at my prone ab brace times from yesterday. I haven't really done prone ab brace for 3 weeks and when I started I was lucky to get 30 sec. Now, 3x1:30

I think the one on the stabilty ball would be good too

I bought one at Walmart for $12.00. It holds me, so that should be fine for most people.

Livin' on the road my friend
was gonna keep you free and clean
but now you wear your skin like armour
and your breath's as hard as kerosene...
Willie Nelson

I hate the road. I hate being on the road. I disrupts my life and screws up my eating schedule. I know this should not be tough, but I just can't deal with it. Therefore road=stress. Stress = cortisol. Cortisol = fat store. Fat = now you get rant

Yesterday I ended up with only a handful of veggies at 5:00. I was forced to stop at a gas station and buy the only two edible things in there - an egg salad sandwich and a bag of nuts. About an hour later I was ready to eat the steering wheel and I knew there was some hay in the box that would taste okay too. I was supposed to have supper at a meeting, but got to running late for that. Gotta remember that when you go to the big city, double the time to allow for everything. Seriously, how can people live like that - spend half your life driving, looking for a parking spot, waiting in line, etc. Anyway, done with the city for a while now, I have a new respect for anyone who can keep it together and work on the road or live in a large city or both. End rant

Today...
Rise 6:30 apple, went for a walk
2 hb omega 3 eggs, 2 servs low fat cheese, a few almonds, handful of caul, handful of broc

lately I'm finding my "on the road diet" better than my home in comfort zone diet.

my home area has way too many temptations than being on the road with limited storage space etc...

going back on road Monday,
