I really like that you "rise" everyday. It sounds so poised and proper.

I sort of "make my way zombie-like to the kitchen".

Hey Brent, when you eat your 12:30 meal, is that in salad form with no dressing, or just individual servings of each eaten raw (except for the chicken!)? I really like all those veggies, but can't seem to eat them unless in a salad, or dipping them in some sort of dip, spread, hummus, etc.

I don't use salad dressing. Ever. Try using lf/ff cc. It is pretty great (: Of course, hummous is pretty amazing too... hmm...

It just the ingredients packed in a tupperware container, no no no dressing no, you could make a salad, but I am kinda weird, I eat all the greens first, then the tomato, then red red pepper, just like i used to eat smarties. Eat the chicken first and the cheese last. I eat all the veggies raw and try to use my own up, or buy organic or at least locally grown, its kinda getting ridiculous the amount of veggies I eat but lets see where it goes, I will post my test results next week, compared to before I started when the results were not that great. Also, when I seen the doctor he checked my BP and he said, its "right on where it should be, I don't know what you have been doing but whatever it is keep doing it" SO there you have it all this stuff works...anyway this post is going on too long...

Today.....kinda messed up
went for updated cholesterol test. Had to fast...was on the road until midnight last night...
so...rise...7:30 no food, went to hospital, waited in line got tested, got home at 9:00...weak...
9:00 grapefruit
wait 15min then...2 hb eggs, low fat cheese. large bowl of caul & broc, a few almonds-like 8
12:30 chicken, spinach, red pepper, cuc, broc, caul, string cheese, almonds-10

PU hold with knee tuck 3x12 (did 14/15/16 )
hiit bike 3 min wu, 2min/2min intervals x 4
3:00 post workout
oatmeal, protein powder, honey, cereal

no... I gave myself that same speech last Friday when I weighed in and hadn't lost any weight. :(
You know you are on the right track, you are probably the most disciplined eater I have seen here...I really admire your healthy eating habits, and consistant workouts. Your pictures tell a story that a scale doesn't see....so keep doing what you are doing! :D
