My goal is to weigh 130lbs hopefully by next year. Does anyone have suggestions for a daily meal plan for me?? Thanks

7:30 am- cereal: small bowl of honey nut cheerios with 2% milk fat. (breakfast)
10:00am- banana and apple (snack)
12:00pm- sandwich- 2 slices of whole wheat bread, mustard/mayo, turkey, slice of cheese. (lunch)
2:00pm- small salad- romaine lettuce, garbanzo beans, carrots, soy beans, tomatoes, cucumbers with sesame soy dressing. (snack)
4:00pm- nuts (snack)
6:00pm- white rice w/ meat(chicken, beef, pork) usually stir fried.

What are you thinking of eating when you have class at night?? You will pack your rice?
