10.21.11
6:30 – Coffee, soymilk, Whole grain cheerios
10:00 – Hand full of peanuts
12:00 – Brown rice, 5 spice chicken, broccoli (1st 1/2)
2:30 – Finish 12PM lunch (last ½)
4:00 – Body Wrap
6:30 – Large green salad, grilled fish, side dressing

I was so busy with meetings the whole morning. I didn’t have a chance to snack and was sooo hungry!!
Lucky I had some peanuts by desk. I grabbed some and ran to the next meeting… snacked on them… until lunch! :P

I didn’t go to the gym today because I have to leave work a certain time. fiancé bought this Groupon/Living Social type discount coupon.
For 2 in 1 price… he wanted to try out the body wrap! So, we’re going right after work… I’ll update about that later. :D

Ok… Have a good weekend as I’m dress hunting again. Oh, by the way… I took down the pictures… Too much face/body showing

10.24.11

5:15 – Cardio abs – protein shake
6:30 – Coffee, weetabix 2, soymilk
9:30 – Grilled chicken, steam broccoli
12:00 – Kick Boxing (45mins) – Protein shake
2:00 – Grilled chicken, steam broccoli, ¼c brown rice
4:30 – Low fat string cheese, deli turkey
7:00 – Grilled fish, steam broccoli

I bought a dress!
I didn’t get a chance to upload the pix yet b/c girl sent me the pix at 1AM and I was knocked out! Will update you all soon! :P

I think I need to include more weight workout. I have a lot of cardio (AM & PM)
Thinking I might do:
M – Kick boxing Lunch / Weight Morning or Afternoon
T – Cardio
W – Morning Cardio/ Weight Lunch
Th – Cardio
F – Kick boxing Lunch / Weight Morning or Afternoon
Sat – Cardio
Sun – Rest

I put weight morning or afternoon because if I can work out in the morning... I would prefer to workout in the morning. But if I happen to miss morning workout, I would need to workout after work!

What you think?

By the way… the body wrap… sucks! When she cut the wrap opened, I almost fainted/blacked out. I actually saw stars... LOL  No, I didn’t feel like I lost any weight or any benefit of losing weight with that. However, skin was smooth and I think the wrap was supposed to be a . coupon gave me 2 wraps… so I have 1 more sometime in 2 weeks… next time around, Imma load myself with WATER!

Congratulations!

Was curious how those body wraps worked. Definitely drink some water. Kind of something different and fun to try though. :)

Exercise looks good. It's a lot of exercise but your wedding day is afterall a special day. :)

Good thing you got the dress, or you might have had to make one out of old bin liners or something like that .

That might look vaguely credible at fashion week, when a size 1 model walks around, wearing bin bags with bits of twigs, leaves and dog turds stuck to it, but in the real world it's not everyday chic, or anyday chic come to think of it; but hey if someone wants to pay me 30 grand or whatever the going rate is, to wear a bin liner and proclaim it as an artistic statement, I might just do it :P :P .

10.25.11
5:15 – Stretch
6:30 – Coffee, soymilk, protein shake
8:30 – Oatmeal, hard boiled eggs
10:30 – Plain yogurt with honey
12:00 – Chicken salad, side dressing
2:30 – Chicken, steam broccoli
6:00 – Fish, steam broccoli
9:00 – Meal replacement drink (If still hungry)

I just found out that I have to go somewhere after work & won’t be back until 1AM therefore I can’t workout later. If I knew that, I would have done cardio in the morning. Ohwell, consider it a rest day and will workout on Sunday unless I'm super sore.. LOL

I didn’t get a chance to upload pictures but here is how the dress kinda looks like but not really… Brand: Maggie Sottero… The retail price range from $1,000 – $1,500… guess how much I got it for?? :P

How do dresses like that with no shoulder strapping, not end up slithering down to the wearers ankles and becoming a safety risk?

What keeps them in place? I've never worked it out, unless the cut is milimetre precise.

It's called "Lace up"garment. They tighten up sooooo tight… You can’t breathe… but it stays up… LOL

10.26.11
6:30 – Coffee, soymilk, weetabix 2
9:30 – Hard boiled eggs x2, low-fat string cheese
11:30 – Meal replacement
12:00 – Full Body Weights workout – 45mins – protein shake
1:30 – Grilled chicken, steam broccoli
4:00 – Hard boiled eggs x2, low-fat string cheese
6:30 - Grilled salmon, steam broccoli
9:00 - Meal replacement (If still hungry)

OMG… Last night I was SOOOOO freaking proud of myself!!! We had to go visit fiancé’s family to do some prayers after the 40th day of death. (2hrs drive) They had catered food and soooooo much desserts… Guess what? I didn’t touch any!!! Nope, not the cakes (4 different ones/kinds), not the pie, not the cookies, not the ice cream (3 different flavor buckets of it), not the creme brulee, and not chocolates (I don’t even like it anyways!) and many more but I only had protein and no rice. I will sadly say, they had no veggies or salad… So, I drank tons of water before, during and after dinner. There was some eggplants stir fried with a dish... I must say, that’s kinda like only veggie.. LOL… I’m happy because that was only the practice before the holiday gathering.

Diet, I’m going to switch between soymilk and almond milk. Why? Because I’m being paranoid with too much soy. :P

Believe it or not Eggplant, (Aubergine), is actually a fruit, because it contains seeds.

However that's a minor point. The main thing is how you responded to the situation. It's a sign of positve mental progress for you and you should be proud of yourself and I'm proud of you as well :).

WELL DONE.
