Keep up the awesome job & don't let the negative vibes affect you. Do it for yourself only. I understand how you feel. Sometimes we look for validation in other people, but it should only matters how YOU feel about YOU! Just concentrate on your accomplishments & how far you've come. I'm PROUD of you! :D

Awww… Thanks Newmani…. You’re so sweet!! Yes, I will try my best… THANK YOU!!

It was random but we drove down to LA this past weekend. It was a last min thing so I didn’t get a change to pack all my stuff… sigh which kinda sucks because I didn’t get to workout…. We did a lot of walking… but NOT good enough. So, I’m gonna back track to workout Day #3… no biggie... yeah I didn’t follow through this week but as long as I keep on trying… why not eh? I hope everyone enjoyed your long weekend… I’m pretty tired…. And work is crazy busy because people are off on vacation so that means.. I have to back them up… my workload at the moment is triple… Bummer!

Have a good day all…

Wednesday

Things have been crazy lately (no surprise there) everybody (family) seems to be sick and having a fever (Lucky it’s NOT me this time!!!) After taking care of them and driving everywhere to run errands the whole week… Finally I get to go home and relax… WAIT…

Nope… no relaxation at all… Someone just got to hit my car (3 blocks from HOME!!!!!   )

I was driving on my lane, then this other CRV was coming at me from the opposite direction and almost hit me in front but I tried to avoid getting hit by trying to move to the right… so instead of hitting the front… he hit the side… GREAT!
Then he drove off!!!!   I was shocked and was shaken up… but I got my wits back and made and U-turned and followed him!!! Next thing I know… I saw that CRV crashed in to McDonalds’ fence. (Lots of people started to crowed around) Once I gave my statement to the police, the officer informed me that the driver had a medical problem and had low blood sugar which caused him to be unconscious while driving. GREAT…. I got hit by an unconscious man… :? (He was not suppose to drive anyways due to medical conditon :x )

Dang it… I really hate car accidents… I then went to ER and Vicodin for me… YAY (NOT!!! ) I still cannot workout my neck, left arm, and left shoulder still hurt… :x I cannot drive my car (at the auto shop)…. Dang it… My BABY CRV (Almost paid off.. I really hope it’s NOT considered totaled…)

Anyways… nevertheless I’m happy I’m alive and very little injuries from what could have happen with an unconscious man driving … So I’m very fortunate in that term. :)

But still makes me kind of pissed off… I mean, I’m on a routine where I’m counting my workouts days... I was doing well with Insanity training but I have to STOP AGAIN due to injuries… BUMMER… ohwell… once I recover I’ll start back again… can I ever make it to 60 days without stopping??? For some reason I’m always getting injured… :( :( :(

I’ll be back to update my journal tomorrow… today I didn’t pack lunch so I’ll go get me some soup and salad and dinner maybe steam veggies and grilled fish.

P.S. I was told to go on a Comic Rehab…
(What do you expect an injure girl to do?? Sleep, eat, read comics… right?)

Good Things:
Before the accident, while I was running errands I had to baby sit my niece.
We watched Toy Story (3D - with niece), Despicable Me (3D - with niece) and Inception (OMG Leonardo DiCaprio is soooooo HOT…. Soooooo Gorgeous….. Soooooo Sexy!!!!!   ), The Twilight Saga: Eclipse (Not with niece)
Although I don’t like to go to the theaters but I must admit... those were GREAT movies to watch… especially the 3Ds… AWESOME!!!
(I REALLY want to watch The Last Airbender…. Maybe this coming weekend….)

Hope everybody is doing well.

That is horrible about the accident. But glad your okay! Hopefully your car will be okay too! Setbacks suck but it seems when you read everyone's journals on here that they are definetly apart of life unfortunately. You will be back doing insanity before you know it! Nice break to read a few of your comics. :) Have you ever gone to a comic convention? I went to one of those a long time ago. I was working a booth with my sister for a literacy thing. It was interesting and fun! :)

I haven’t gone to a BIG convention (there’s this annual convention in L.A) I was going to go with my “Anime” friends when I was in college but… I was a broke college student… Didn’t have the funds to spend on extra things besides school stuff… :(
I wanted to be Sailor moon and the person I was dating at the time was going to be Tuxedo mask… Totally a cosplay crazed.

But I do to our local “Cheery Blossom” event in San Francisco Japan Town. A lot of cosplay… I took pictures with them… YAY!!! – I’m not comfortable enough to dress up anymore… Maybe in my college years… but NOT NOW. :P

Accidents Sucks in general... BLAH!!!

Good to know nothing really serious happened.

Just try to do as much as you think you are able, don't just sit about doing nothing if there is anything you can do, because anything that keeps your mindset tuned into your lifestyle habits, should keep you more committed and ready, when you can get back to doing what you normally do.

Just visiting, hey :)
It's good to read that nutritious, frequent meals are helping you meet your goals. I cop-out and don't eat enough sometimes, then overeat later, which stalls any progress I would make from doing one or the other. Keep up the great work!

They gave you vicodin for whiplash ?..in canada they would of just given you extra strength tylenol.Glad to hear you are okay :)

my bad, if the shoulder & arm are involved perhaps it is more than whiplash..
