Nice to see you posting Nokie! If you ever decide on a dress would love to see a pic. It's coming up here in 2012 wasn't it?? So exciting! I love weddings. I truly do!

If your going to a tropical place for the honeymoon even more motivation. :D Would you still rather go to city hall and get hitched or are you getting a little more exiciting for your big day? :D

It's nice to see you around. :D :D :D

Aww… Thanks..

Every time I drop by, I always feel welcome… Thanks!!

Great idea Lu… Let’s move forward and try our best!!
I emailed Cassie but we both got busy… I’m shocked she got married before me…. LOL

As for my wedding dress, I’ll definitely post some pix of what I might like and the ones I’ll be trying on. (Next month!!!)

And for my honeymoon… Thinking of Asia… where? Not sure…

This weekend… I’m going to do something that I didn’t think of doing last time. I’m going to take pictures of my body frame and post it here to share and hope to see the before and after pictures… I might do it monthly… as I’m counting down!!!

Recently I’ve been doing morning cardio (Kick boxing or Zumba) 30mins
M-W-F – I’ve been doing superset body weight.

Next week… I’ll update my next workout. I’ll keep the morning cardio.

You have been through some difficutl stuff, so it's understandable some of the "you" things didn't happen quite as you would have liked.

If writing what you write here helps, then some is better than none.

I'm glad you are still pushing on and trying to do well for yourself. I'm proud of you and I always enjoy you being around :).

Hey Nokie, it is so good to see you around here again, I have missed you :D So sorry to hear about your father in law to be  That is such a difficult thing to have to deal with while planning a wedding... it sure puts life in perspective, doesn't it?

I love your idea of the wedding dresses by your alarm - that is great motivation!!

I stopped posting my diet and exercise because I have been so busy, but I have kept going and posting here and there and it seems to be working, but now that I have the time I will be posting more - so you do what works best for you! We do love to see you around though :D

Ok… it took me a lot of gusts to do this… but here it is… my body frame pix.
I was trying to upload it and post the pix here like image but I couldn’t do it so just click on the link.

http://fittracker.shapefit.com/index.php?act=viewPictures&action=fullImage&user_id=nokie173&photo_id=50157

I am in the process of having my own webpage... it’s currently under construction but once it’s set I’ll upload the pictures in there & post it here…. Yes, my own webpage… why? Because I’ll be posting wedding pictures for distant family & friends… but there will be a password access to those lovely pictures… ^_^ No worries, I’ll share the password with my friends in here too…

*** Regarding body pix... I'm a bit chunky and not sure what's the best workout. Of course, full body workout and a lot of squats & lunges right? I'm trying to do more cardio so those legs of mine can be a lil bit smaller & arms :P

10/3/11
5:15AM: 15mins – Zumba, Protein shake
7:30AM: Coffee with Soymilk, wheat bread x 2, eggs x 1 1/2, low-fat cheese
11AM: Liquid meal (Meal replacement)
12PM: Gym – Kick boxing class (45mins)
1:30PM: Chicken & veggie pot stickers x7, brown rice ½ cup, and steam broccoli x 1 cup
4PM: Cottage cheese & almond butter
6:30PM: Steam broccoli & bake pork chop with salt & pepper, green tea

Got up a bit late this morning so I had to cut my morning workout short. Forgot my snack before gym so liquid meal will do.
Way to go for a Monday... ohwell, gotta do what we gotta do.

Thank you all for your always welcoming posts  I'll try my best to stick with it & make time for myself!!!

P.S.I'll start posting up wedding dresses to see what might fit my bodyframe and will start trying on wedding dresses the middle or end of the month.

Try low Fat Cheese instead of Cottage Cheese, it's lower Fat, more Omega Fat or there should be as there is compared to low Fat CC and a better Protein per gram ratio as well.

Way to go, Nokie! That takes a lot of courage and I am so proud of you :D Not to mention I am so happy to have you back :D Can't wait to see some wedding dresses! By the way, I was in a rush this morning so my liquid breakfast consisted of a protein shake (at least it is something!).

10/04/11
6:30AM - Coffee & soymilk (I really do enjoy soymilk with coffee.. 90cal but 9g of protein & no need for sugar!)
8:00AM - Eggs & brown rice
11:30AM – Rice noodles, pork, eggs, broccoli (mixed together)
2:30PM – Lunch-a-ble Chicken breast deli, wheat bread, jell-o sugar free.
6PM – Chicken & lettuce
8PM – Meal replacement +

Got up this morning to do my morning workout…. Whoa, body ache!!! Kick boxing class did it alright… My whole body hasn’t felt so sore in awhile… I’m gonna go easy on myself this week as I’m adding intense kick boxing class during lunch for workout. So, this morning I got up a little later and did jumping jacks and stretch my whole body. (It felt soooooo good!!!!! )

Work hours are crazy today/morning 6:30AM – 11:30PM/12AM…. Not enough time for a workout so I’ll make today my rest day. I don’t feel like eating anything solid at night even though I’m awake and working… I’ll drink protein shakes/ meal replacement throughout.

Here are some wedding dresses ideas… Still dunno until I try them but I think I want to cover my arms… But we’ll see not sure how I will look with it yet.. Still looking..

Nokie - you look like a pint size model of me (without the old lady stuff, haha!)....we have some of the same "baggage" if you know what I mean ;) With that said, you are perfectly proportioned and working with full body workouts, lots of Cardio you should shrink "in place" and just be a thinner version of what you are now....and I think that's the plan, so GOOD START - looks like you have a great day starting with Zumba and then kick boxing - phew!

I haven't started with a formal plan yet, as a matter of fact I fell totally off the food wagon. For some reason all the healthy food I've been eating for so long all of a sudden turned me off!?!?!? All those fabulous salads that I normally love, or turkey/chicken burgers or cutlets, hot leafy veggies....fruit......none of it has passed my lips in the last few days :( I did work my butt off though, packing, cleaning hauling stuff in an attempt to close up the camper...still not done but getting there. Also took the boat out of the water and have been cleaning everything, life preservers, boat top...everything - so at least I haven't been sitting in front of the TV eating bon bons ;) Maybe I need some recipe changes....sometimes the sale ol stuff doesn't do it anymore?

Looking forward to seeing you are you transform to what you want to be for your special day....remember though , he loves you for YOU! We all know that we can't do this for anyone else but yourself.......and YOU are worth it! :)

I love all your gowns Nokie. They are beautiful seriously!! I can see how motivating that would be at 5am if you look at some of those. :) Have you gone and tried any on yet? You never can tell till you try it on. :)

Man 6:30 to 12:00 that is a long day. Are you working two jobs?? or just extra hours with the one job? Nokie are you a workaholic?

10/05/11

6:30AM Coffee, Weetabix x2, soymilk
8AM – Lunch-able snacks
11AM – Meal replacement
12PM- Kick Boxing (45mins)
1:30PM – Turkey sandwich, Jello-o Mousse (OMG sooooo good!!!!)
4PM – Chicken, brown rice 1/4c
6:30 – Spicy chicken, grilled broccolini

I’m so f-ing tired… I couldn’t get up for morning workout. However, I managed to prepare gym clothes in my backpack before I crashed last night/this morning. Because of that, I got my workout in for today… I LOVE the instructor…. She’s awesome and she pushes us to the limit… kicking, punching, jumping, etc…

Didn’t really get to pack my meals… but I went to subway and got a sandwich and some lunch-able.

Thanks Lu & Becky… I’ll try my best to keep pushing.

Becky, your not the first person who mentioned that to me about being a workaholic.. LOL.. As much as I would like to be… I’m not. really... it's true.. I have side projects here and there that requires some time. It’s not every day but once or twice a month.

I have to give you a ton of credit for doing the kick boxing at lunch! There is no way I would be able to go back to work without another whole lunch break to get myself back to normal

You went to bed at 6PM? :P :P How many people over the age of 5 do that, except possibly people who have to get up at 2AM for a 4AM plane flight?

Even then they'd probably go to bed at 8PM, (if they were about 8 years old and upwards), then recoup the other 2 hours of zzz's on the plane

Plus you didn't have your dinner. I'm surprised you slept, well lying in your bed at silly o'clock with a growling stomach
