I got up on Saturday and did turbo kick boxing. Man, it’s hard but feels awesome to workout in the morning again.
But I couldn’t get up today… Oh how much I dislike Mondays. I’ll try again tomorrow.

Question: It should be OK that I eat brown rice in the morning instead of oatmeal right??
I mean, both of them are carbs and high in fiber…
What you guys think? Continue to stick with Oatmeal in the morning??
I feel like, when I eat my rice… its more fulfilling than the oatmeal.
I would eat ½ cup of rice but need 1cup of oatmeal to feel content.
