I didn’t want to ruin my hard work for something I can have anytime I want if I wanted it.
Of course I skipped things like all the cakes, cookies, ice cream, eggnog, etc
I will admit I had a glass of red wine. I really wanted while I was eating the turkey!
Lucky there's a break room bathroom that no one goes to... So, I just chill there and powder my nose before I go back OMG... from just walking up and down the stairs... My calves hurts like hell!!! For a short time it's a freaking workout!!!musculArgirl2 wrote:Just came to mind when you said you will have to dry yourself off before going back to work. Don't work too hard!
Nokie173 wrote: went to Zumba class for the first time during the week before Thanksgiving week. When I workout at home with the DVD it’s all good because I don’t see myself I just watch and do the moments. But in class, Oh my… I see the truth… I got no groove!!! LOL, there are mirrors around the whole room and I can see myself trying to shake and move my hips… LOL. It’s fun trying to do it, I try my best to keep moving so I can burn calories. I will try to go every once in awhile… probably not as much as kick boxing.

I have no idea where I got the weight gainer from. I think I was talking to someone about it while I was reading your post… LOL… again, sorry.
